    Turistlerin fotoğraf çekme davranışlarının incelenmesi: Kasimiye Medresesi Örneği

    Turizm ve fotoğrafçılık temelde birbiriyle bütünleşik iki konudur. Turizm deneyimini yaşayan bireyler, turistik destinasyonların fotoğraflarını çekerek bunları hatıra eşya gibi paylaşmayı ya da biriktirmeyi alışkanlık haline getirebilmektedirler (Arat ve Sarı, 2020: 898). Ancak turizm yazınında bu bireylerin fotoğraf çekme davranışları veya alışkanlıklarını inceleyen sınırlı sayıda çalışmaya rastlanmaktadır. Alan yazındaki bu boşluğu doldurmaya odaklanan çalışmanın amacı tarihi geçmişe sahip bir yapıda turistlerin fotoğraf çekme davranışlarını ve çekilen fotoğrafların niteliklerini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada veriler, Stylianou-Lambert (2012) ve Tan (2018) çalışmalarından uyarlanan 12 ifadeden oluşan bir yapılandırılmış gözlem formu kullanılarak yaklaşık 700 yıllık bir geçmişe sahip olan Kasımiye Medrese’sini ziyaret eden 50 kişiden elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca araştırmanın güvenirliğini ve geçerliğini artırmak amacıyla gözlem yönteminin yanı sıra doküman analizi yapılıp ziyaretçilerin fotoğraf çekme davranışları literatüre dayandırılmıştır. Bu veriler, betimsel analiz yöntemi ile analize tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre fotoğraf çeken katılımcıların çoğunlukla profesyonel fotoğrafçı gibi davrandıkları tespiti yapılmıştır. Bununla birlikte katılımcıların poz verirken o an ki duygu durumları olumsuz olsa bile gülümseme eğiliminde oldukları gözlenmiştir.

    The Effect of Guiding Styles on Memorable Tourism Experiences, Satisfaction and Intention to Recommend

    Tour guides are of pivotal importance within tourism sector, serving as essential intermediaries between tourists and the destination. The study aims to investigate the relationships between guiding styles, memorable tourism experiences, satisfaction, and intention to recommend. Despite the significance of the quiding styles of tour guides in shaping the tourist experienc3e, there is a paucity of research in this area. The study's methodology entailed the administration of questionnaires to a sample of domestic tourists over the age of 18 who had participated in guided tours between January and September 2024. A total of 401 questionnaires were deemed usable following a thorough data collection process that incorporated both face-to-face and online methodologies. The statistical package program was utilized to examine the available data, and regression analyses were implemented to ascertain the relationships between the variables. The results indicated that guiding styles have positive effects on memorable tourism experiences, satisfaction, and intention to recommend. On the other hand, memorable tourism experiences positively affect both tourist satisfaction and intention to recommend. Theoretical and managerial implications are provided.
