OKUL ÖNCESI DEĞERLER EĞITIMINDE KULLANILAN YÖNTEM VE TEKNIKLER (NITEL BIR ARAŞTIRMA)

Abstract

Okul öncesinde değerler bazı yöntem ve tekniklerle öğretilebilir mi? Okul öncesinde değerler eğitimi için hangi yöntem ve teknikler kullanılmalıdır? Okul öncesi değerler eğitiminde kullanılan yöntem ve teknikler nelerdir? Soruları etrafında bu araştırma odaklanmaktadır. Araştırma nitel olarak tasarlanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın deseni olgubilim (fenomenoloji)'dir. Bu araştırmada amaçlı örnekleme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Evren açısında Mardin il merkezi ve örneklem için de okul öncesi öğretmenleri tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılanlar üzerinde gözlem tekniği uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışma yarı-yapılandırılmış bir çalışmadır. Araştırmacı katılımcılarla görüşerek araştırma isteğini bildirmiştir. Öğretmenler, istedikleri değer türünü kendileri seçmiş ve seçtikleri değer türünü öğretmek için uygun buldukları yöntem ve tekniği kendileri belirlemiştir. Katılımcılardan alınan izin ile etkinlikler kamera kaydı ile kaydedilmiştir. Kamera kaydından elde edilen veriler yazıya aktarılmış ve yazılı olan veriler ayrı ayrı betimsel analiz yapılarak tematik kodlar oluşturulmuştur. Bulgular kısmında katılımcıların sınıf etkinliği için tercih ettikleri değerler sorumluluk, dürüstlük, hoşgörü, iyilik, sevgi, paylaşmak ve saygı'dır. Kullandıkları yöntem ve teknikler ise, eğitici oyunlar, sunum ile anlatım, hikaye, soru-cevap, drama, rol play, tartışma vb. yöntem ve tekniklerdir. Bu yöntemler, zaman zaman bazı model, strateji ve taktiklerle zenginleştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak rastgele, gelişi güzel yöntem-teknik tercih edildiği gözlenmiştir. Öneri olarak yöntem ve teknikler daha bilinci seçilmeli, sebep ve sonuçları hesaba katılmalıdır

Can pre-school values be taught with some methods and techniques? What methods and techniques should be used for pre-school values education? What are the methods and techniques used in preschool education? The research focuses around these questions. The research is a qualitative research. The study is a qualitative study and the phenomenology pattern is used. A purposeful sampling technique was used in this study. The population and the sample are pre-school teachers working in the center of Mardin. Observation technique was applied on the participants. This study is a semi-structured study. The researcher reported the research request in consultation with participants. Teachers themselves have chosen the value they desire and have determined the method and technique they have found suitable to teach the value they choose. The activities were recorded with permission taken from the participants by camera recording. The data obtained from the camera record was transferred to the writing and the thematic codes were created the written data descriptively were analyzed one by one. The values that the participants prefer for class activity in the findings are responsibility, honesty, tolerance, goodness, love, sharing and respect. The methods and techniques they use are educational games, presentation and narration, story, question and answer, drama, role play, discussion and so on. These methods have been enriched from time to time with some models, strategies and tactics. As a result, it has been observed that chosen methodtechnique is randomly and indiscriminatesness preferred. As a proposal for, the methods and techniques should be chosen more consciously and their reasons and results should be taken into account.
