Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, ortaöğretim öğretim programlarında yer
alan öğrenmeyi öğrenme, ana dilde iletişim, sosyal yeterlilikler,
kültürel farkındalık ve ifade, inisiyatif alma ve girişimcilik,
yeterliliklerin kazandırılma düzeyini öğretmen görüşlerine göre
belirlemektir. Araştırmada, nitel ve nicel yöntemler birlikte
kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın nicel verileri, öğretim programlarında
yer alan yeterlilikler ölçek haline getirilerek Mardin İli Artuklu
İlçe merkezinde ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan 216
öğretmenden toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın nitel verileri ise, aynı
çalışma grubu kapsamında 50 öğretmenden görüşme formu
kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Yeterliliklerin kazandırılma düzeyi,
cinsiyet değişkenine göre ortalamaların benzerlik gösterdiği ve
“ara sıra” düzeyinde gerçekleştiği tespit edilmiştir. Cinsiyet ve
branş değişkenlerine göre öğretmen görüşleri arasında anlamlı
farklılık tespit edilmemiştir. Mesleki kıdeme göre, öğrenmeyi
öğrenme ile sosyal yeterlik alt boyutları arasında anlamlı fark
tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada öğretmenler yeterlilikleri
kazandırmak için öğrenci merkezli yaklaşım kullandıklarını,
teknolojiden yararlandıklarını, sözlü anlatım etkinlikleri
yaptıklarını, görsel ve işitsel materyallerden yararlandıklarını ve
grupla çalışma yaptıklarını belirtilmişlerdir. Öğretmenler, bu
yeterlilikleri kazandırma sürecinde öğrenciden kaynaklı, eğitim
sisteminden kaynaklı, öğretmenden kaynaklı ve aile ile sosyal
çevreden kaynaklı sorunlarla karşılaştıklarını ifade etmişlerdir.
The aim of this study is to determine the acquisition level of qualifications in secondary education curriculum, which are ", learning to learn, communication in mother tongue, social competences, cultural awareness and expression taking initiative and entrepreneurship. In the study, quantitative and qualitative research methods were both used. The quantitative data of the study were collected from 216 teachers working in secondary schools in the Artuklu district center of Mardin province by scaling qualifications in the curriculum. On the other hand, the qualitative data of the study, were obtained from 50 teachers in the same study group by using the interview form. It was determined that the level of getting qualifications gained were similar according to gender variable and it was at the level of "occasional". There was no significant difference between the views of teachers according to gender and field. According to the professional seniority, a significant difference was found between learning to learn and social competence sub-dimensions. In the study, on the purpose of getting qualifications achieved, teachers stated that they used a student-centered approach, benefited from technology, used oral expression activities, benefited from visual and auditory material, used different materials and worked with the group. In the process of getting these qualifications acquired, teachers stated that they faced some problems originating from students, the education system, teachers, families, and the social environment.
