Employing structural equation modeling, it explored the mediating roles of work motivation and financial literacy in the relationship between financial aspects and academic achievement. Findings revealed that scholarship and salary directly predicted academic achievement, the influence of student loan and household income varied, and work motivation and financial literacy mediated the relationships between financial aspects and academic achievement.
