As the author wrote his novel on the basis of real events, the events in the real life were tried to be given together with the events in the novel. For this reason, the memories of those who personally experienced the Dersim massacre and the periodicals were used. At the end of all this, it was revealed that the events in the novel and the events in the real life are similar. For example villages, houses, forests, gardens, animals are burned; people are mass killed in real history. Children, especially girls, adopted by soldiers, civil servants. People hiding in a cave are killed with poison gas and the mouths of the caves are closed with concrete.
