The 'New Normal' of (post-)viral tourism includes supply-related elements (operations, marketing, and finance and strategic management) and demand-related aspects (psychological issues and travel behaviour). Companies would need to reorganise their business processes, while technology is expected to play a major role in the 'New Normal' world.
