Article Good Examples From Japan Education System To Turkish Education System;(2010) Ekinci, A.Japan education system is one of the education systems which has been studied a lot on comparative education. Although lots of studies are done on education which is an important fundamental and certain dynamism on especially the Japan's process, the number of searches on especially Japan education and school system are quite inadequate. On this study, samples practices in education and school system and from historical development of Japan education system are taken place and the feasibilities are discussed aspects of Turkish education system. The change that inspection and opinion about inspection had has been given briefly and the workings and preparations related to inspection in Turkish Education System have been considered. Furthermore; to which criteria the inspectors have been chosen, from which programs and applications they have passed has been researched by 'Primary Education Inspectors' and 'Ministry Inspectors'. Under this situation, the works having been done in the past is thought to lighten the regulations to be done at the days that new terms related to inspection system are discussed.Book Part Servant Leadership Within the Context of Organizational Efficacy(IGI Global, 2019) Ekinci, A.; Sakiz, H.Notwithstanding the proliferation of studies on servant leadership in the last decades, there is still a lack of coherence and clarity around the concept, its nature, and how it can lead practice within organizational structures and processes. The authors provide an integrative and comprehensive discussion on servant leadership by examining the related literature, and in so doing expand knowledge in the field in four different ways. First, they provide an introduction describing the change in paradigms of management, followed by a brief evaluation of leadership. Second, they discuss the developmental process of servant leadership throughout decades. Third, they map various definitions and dimensions of servant leadership and different approaches towards the concept. Fourth, they provide discussion on the role of servant leadership approach within organizational structures. All in all, this review presents a holistic picture of where attempts have been and where they should go into the future in terms of conceptualization of servant leadership and its application within organizational structures. © 2020, IGI Global.
