NAMAZ ÂYETLERİ BAĞLAMINDA KUR’ÂN-SÜNNET İLİŞKİSİNE DAİR BİR TARTIŞMA

Abstract

Yüce Allah Hz. Peygamber’e Kur’ân’ı indirmiş, sonra da ona karşı yapması gereken bir takım görevler yüklemiştir. Bu görevlerin başında, Kur’ân’ı insanlara tebliğ etmesi ve ihtiva ettiği hükümleri beyan etmesi yer almaktadır. Çünkü onun tebliği olmadan Allah’ın mesajının insanlara ulaşması mümkün olmadığı gibi, beyanı olmadan da bu mesajın ihtiva ettiği birçok hükmün nasıl uygulanacağının bilinmesi mümkün değildir. Bu çalışmada Kur’ân’da namazı emreden âyetlerle namazın kılınış şekli ile ilgili bilgi veren âyetler incelenmiştir. Bununla Sünnet’in beyanı olmadan sadece namaz âyetleriyle yetinilmesi durumunda bu ibadetin tam olarak ifa edilip edilemeyeceği sorusuna cevap aranmıştır. Namaz ibadeti diğer ibadetlere oranla hem Kur’ân’da daha fazla zikredildiğinden hem de Müslümanların günlük hayatında daha yaygın bir şekilde yer aldığından çalışma konusu olarak özellikle namaz âyetleri seçilmiştir. Çalışmada önce namazın kılınış şekli ile ilgili bilginin sınırı ve çerçevesi ortaya konmuş, sonra fıkıh mezheplerince ittifak edilen namaz şeklinin ne olduğu tespit edilmiş, daha sonra namazın Kur’ân’da belirtilen şekli ile fıkıh mezheplerinin ittifak ettiği şekli karşılaştırılarak aradaki fark tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Böylece Kur’ân’da yer almayıp fıkıh mezheplerince namazın bir parçası olduğunda ittifak edilen kısım ortaya konmuştur. Daha sonra da bu kısmın nereden geldiği sorusuna cevap aranmıştır. Yapılan araştırma neticesinde bu kısmın Sünnet’in beyanı ile sabit olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Bu çalışmayla namaz âyetleri örneği üzerinden, Kur’ân’ın anlaşılmasında Sünnet’in gerekli olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Allah (swt) sent down the Qur'an to the Prophet and then assigned him a number of tasks to perform over it. The first of these tasks is the announcement of the Qur'an to the people and the declaration of the provisions it contains due to the fact that it is not possible for the message of God to reach people without his declaration, and without the declaration it is not possible to know how many of the provisions contained in this message will be applied. This study examines the verses, ordering the prayer (salât) and the verses, providing information about the manner of prayer in the Qur’ân and seeks for an answer of the question whether the prayer whose manner is based only on the Qur’an without the Sunnah's declaration is able to be fulfilled properly or not. The prayer verses are chosen as the subject of study because the prayer is mentioned more times in Qur'an and it is more common in daily Muslim life than the other worships. This study initially reveals the limit and frame of the information about the manner of prayer, then determines what type of prayer was agreed by the fiqh sects and later devours to determine the difference by comparing the form of prayer in Qur'an with the type on which the fiqh sects agreed. Thus, it presents the parts of the prayers which are not mentioned in the Qur'ân but they are of parts of the prayer according to the fiqh sects. It, seeks for the question, concerning where this part came from. As a result of the research conducted, it is understood that this part is fixed with the declaration of the Sunnah. Through this study, it is concluded in terms of the sample of prayer verses that the Sunnah is necessary in understanding the Qur'ân.
