TRC3 bölgesi için inanç ve kültür turizmi rotası geliştirilmesine dönük bir araştırma

Abstract

TRC3 Bölgesi (Mardin, Şırnak, Siirt, Batman) birçok doğal, tarihi ve kültürel çekiciliklere sahip olmasından dolayı inanç ve kültür turizmi rotası geliştirilmesi noktasında oldukça önemli potansiyel taşımaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasının amacı, TRC3 bölgesi için inanç ve kültür turizmi rotası geliştirmektir. Bu kapsamda TRC3 bölgesi inanç ve kültür turizmi rotasını geliştirebilmek adına bölge illere teknik bir gezi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi benimsenmiştir ve kullanılan veriler, görüşme tekniği ile teknik gezinin katılımcılarından görüşme yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Görüşme türü olarak ise yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme türü tercih edilmiştir. Çalışmada görüşme ve gözlem tekniği kullanılarak bir alan araştırması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler, 20 profesyonel turist rehberi, 3 seyahat acentesi yetkilisi ve 3 turist olmak üzere toplam 26 katılımcıdan toplanmıştır. Katılımcılardan elde edilen veriler, nitel veri analiz programı olan MAXQDA 22 programına aktarılmış ve analiz edilmiştir. Katılımcılar genel anlamda; TRC3 bölgesinde bulunan ve inanç ve kültür turizm rotası kapsamında yer alması düşünülen çekiciliklerin sorun ve eksiklikleri üzerinde yoğun bir şekilde durmuşlardır. TRC3 bölgesi sınırları içinde yer alan Mardin, Şırnak, Siirt ve Batman illerine ilişkin katılımcılardan elde edilen veriler kapsamında; yönlendirme tabelaları, wc-lavabo, bilgilendirme panoları, otopark, tarihi yapılarda güvenlik personeli, temizlik ve hijyen, dinlenme ve mola yerleri, tamamlanmamış restorasyonlar, çevre düzenlemesi, misafir karşılama alanları, yiyecek ve içecek işletmeleri, ulaşım olanaklarının iyileştirilmesi, turizm bilinci ve turizm büroları konularında eksikliklerin olduğu çalışma kapsamında tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca tez çalışmasının ana hedefi olan TRC3 bölgesi inanç ve kültür turizmi rotası, turist rehberleri ve seyahat acenteleri yetkililerinin önerileriyle dört gece beş gün konaklamalı olacak şekilde geliştirilmiştir.

TRC3 Region (Mardin, Şırnak, Siirt, Batman) has a very important potential for the development of a religious and cultural tourism route due to its many natural, historical and cultural attractions. The aim of this thesis is to develop a religious and cultural tourism route for the TRC3 region. In this context, a technical trip was made to the provinces of the region in order to develop the religious and cultural tourism route of the TRC3 region. Qualitative research method was adopted in the study and the data used were obtained by interviewing the participants of the technical trip with the interview technique.Asan interview type, semi- structured interview type was preferred. In the study, a field study was carried out using the interview and observation technique. The data were collected from a total of 26 participants, 20 professional tourist guides, 3 travel agency officials and 3 tourists. The data obtained from the participants were transferred to the MAXQDA 22 program, a qualitative data analysis program, and analyzed. Participants in general; They focused heavily on the problems and deficiencies of the attractions in the TRC3 region, which are thought to be included in the faith and culture tourism route. Within the scope of the data obtained from the participants of the provinces of Mardin, Şırnak, Siirt and Batman within the borders of the TRC3 region; directional signs, WC-sink, information boards, parking lot, security personnel in historical buildings, cleaning and hygiene, resting and resting places, incomplete restorations, landscaping, guest reception areas, food and beverage businesses, improvement of transportation facilities, tourism awareness andtourism offices It has been determined within the scope of the study that there are deficiencies in the subjects. In addition, the religious and cultural tourism route of the TRC3 region, which is the main target of the thesis study, was developed with four nights and five days accommodation with the suggestions of tourist guides and travel agencyofficials.
