İç savaşın gölgesinde boşanma olgusu (Suriye örneği) - The phenomenon of divorce throughout the interior war and the Syrian example

Abstract

Bu araştırma, süriye toplumundaki mevcut krizin gölgesinde boşanma olgusuyla ve süriye'de meydana gelen boşanmanın yeni sebeplerin ve etkilerini ele almıştır. Ayrıca, bu araştırma savaştan yol açtığı mevcut koşullar altında ailenin parçalanmasıyla beraber meydana boşanma oranlarındaki artışın nedenlerini ve etkilerini tespit etmışır. Bu araştırma beş bölümden olmuşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, talak kavramının sözlük ve terim anlamı ile açısından teork yönüyle ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölüme gelince, boşanma neden olan genel sebebler ile daha sonra bu kriz sebebleriyle meydana gelen boşanma sebebleri açıklanmıştır. Ücüncü bölümünde, boşanma yol açtığı krizden önce ile sonrasında meydana gelen boşanma oranları karşılaştırmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde, boşanmanın öncelikle aile ve daha sonra süriye toplumu üzerindeki etkileri incelemiştir. Beşinci bölümü, boşanmanın önlenmesi için önemli önlem ve çözüm önerileri ele alınmıştır. Sonuç bölümde de konuyla ilgli olarak ulaşılan en önemli bulgu ve öneriler ele alınmıştır.This study discusses the phenomenon of divorce in the light of the current crisis in the Syrian community. It tries to identify the new causes and effects on this community.In addition, it explaine the reasons of increasing the rates of divorce under the current circumstances. The researcher has divided the research into five sections. In the first section, he deals with the theoretical aspect of the phenomenon of divorce in terms of its definition in the language and the divine law and evidence of its legitimacy and the wisdom of its legitimacy and its rule when the jurists. As for the second part, it explains the general reasons for the divorce, and then the new causes of this crisis. In the third section of the researcher, divorce rates before and after the crisis are compared. In the fourth section, the researcher discusses the effects of divorce on the syrian family and society. The fifth and final chapter of this research ? discusses the most important methods of prevention and resolution of divorce. and the researcher concludes the study with a conclusion that indicates the most important findings and recommendations reached in the research.
