MÜNŞEÂT-I NÂBÎ’DEN HAREKETLE 17. YÜZYIL EDEBÎ ORTAMININ TESPİTİ

Abstract

Osmanlı devleti için siyasî açıdan "çözülme asrı" olarak değerlendirilen 17. yüzyıl; toprak kayıpları, siyasî kargaşalar, ehil olmayan kimselerin önemli görevlere getirildiği ve her geçen gün daha fazla kan kaybedilen bir dönem olarak tarihe geçer. Bütün bu olumsuzluklara rağmen 17. yüzyıl Divan Edebiyatı, şiir ve nesir alanlarında en parlak dönemlerinden birini geçirmiştir. Yüzyılın önemli edebî simalarından Nâbî'nin özel ve resmî nitelikli mektuplarından oluşan Münşeât-ı Nâbî adlı eseri, dönemin çeşitli özelliklerini yansıtan önemli bir yapıt olarak dikkat çeker. Münşeât mecmûalarında yer alan mektuplardan hareketle, bunların ait olduğu dönemin sosyal, siyasî, kültürel ve ekonomik birçok özelliği hakkında değerli bilgilere ulaşılabilir. Münşeât-ı Nâbî'de de müellifin, dönemin şair ve devlet adamları için kaleme aldığı mektuplarında yer alan edebî notlardan yola çıkarak dönemin edebî ortamı hakkında belli bir oranda fikir sahibi olmak mümkündür. Sözü edilen edebî notlardan yola çıkarak; o dönemin çeşitli edebî aktiviteleri, bir şairin diğer şair ve devlet adamlarıyla kurduğu ilişkilerin niteliği, o dönemin genel algıları çerçevesinde şiir ve şairi değerlendirmede öne çıkan ölçüt ve tutumlar, edebî etkinliklerin icra edildiği muhitlerin çeşitliliği ve iktidar odağı hâline gelmiş şahsiyetlerin dönemin sanatkârlarıyla kurdukları ilişkilerin düzeyi gibi birçok başlıkta belli izlenimlere ulaşmak mümkündür

17th century which is evaluated as “disintegration of century” for Ottoman State is a period in which lands lost, political riots took place, incompetent people were appointed to important offices, and it started to lose power more and more. Despite all of these problems, Classical Ottoman Poetry (Divan Literature) had their best moments in the field of both poetry and prose. His work, called Munsheat-i Nabi consisting of the private and official letters of Nabi, who was one of important figures of this period is one of the most significant prose examples reflecting various features of the period. It is possible to reach information about many social, political, cultural and economic features of the period based on the letters taking place in Munsheat-i Nabi. We get very significant data about the literary atmosphere of the period thanks to the literary notes taking place in the letters which Nabî wrote for the poets and statesmen of the period. Again thanks to the literary notes mentioned, It is possible to get certain impressions of what the literary activities of the period were, the nature of the relationship between a poet and another poet and a statesman, the prominent attitudes of evaluation of a poem and a poet, the varieties of the environment in which literary activities were performed, the level of the relationship between the figures in power and the artists of the period
