Pandemi sürecinin konut tercihleri ve yer seçimi üzerindeki etkileri; Mardin örneği

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Covid-19 pandemisinin konut tercihleri üzerindeki etkilerini tanımlamaktır. Covid-19 pandemi sürecinin konut alanlarına ilişkin olası etkilerini ölçmeyi ve geleceğe dönük konut alanları tasarımında temel istek ve talepleri belirlemeyi ve salgına dayanıklı bir konut tasarımı geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada niceliksel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Konut kullanıcılarının deneyimlerini belirlemeye yönelik olarak görüşme ve anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket yoluyla pandemide konut konusunda ortak eğilim belirlenmiştir. Görüşme ve anket formlarının oluşturulmasında literatür taramasından faydalanılmıştır. Literatür kapsamında, geçmiş pandemiler ve bu pandemilerin toplum ve mimarlık üzerindeki etkileri ele alınmıştır. Araştırmanın içeriğini Mardin'de yaşayan bireyler oluşturmaktadır. 124 hane ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Araştırmada veri analizleri SPSS programında yapılmıştır. Anket verilerine göre Covid-19 pandemisi, konut kullanıcıların %74'nün konut tercihini etkilediğini ifade etmiştir. Covid sürecinden sonra katılımcıların %70'i müstakil ve bahçeli bir evde yaşamak istediğini belirtmiştir. Araştırma sonunda, pandemilere dirençli bir konut tasarımı için öneriler sunulacaktır. Bu yönüyle bundan sonra yapılacak konut tasarımlarına katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Covid-19, Konut, Mardin, Pandemi

The aim of this research is to identify the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on housing preferences. It aims to measure the possible effects of the Covid-19 pandemic process on residential area sand to determine the basic wishes and demands forthedesign of housing and residential areas for the future and to develop a pandemic-resistanthousingdesign. Quantitative research method wasused in there search. Intervie wand questionnaire forms were used to determin ethe experiences of housing users. Through the survey, a commontendency on housing in the pandemic wasdetermined. A literature review wasused in the creation of the interview and questionnaireforms. With in the scope of the literature, past pandemic sand the effects of these pandemics on society and architecture were discussed. The content of there searchconsists of individual sliving in Mardin. 124 house holds were interviewed. Data analyses were performed in SPSS software. According to the survey data, 74% of the housing users stated that the Covid-19 pandemic affected their housing preference. After the Covidprocess, 70% of the participants stated that they wanted to live in a detached house with a garden. At the end of there search, suggestions for a housing design resistant to pandemics will be presented. In this respect, it is thought to contribute to future housing designs.
