Okunuş, yazılış ve fonksiyon bağlamında Arapçadaki ünlü harfler

Abstract

Bu çalışma Arap Dilinin seslerini çeşitli yönlerden ele alma çabasıdır. Öncekiler, Kelimenin asılları olması bakımından sessiz harflere ve kelimenin parçaları ve ona tabi olmaları açısından da sesli harflere önem verirken, yenilerin sesli harflere daha büyük bir önem verdiklerini görüyoruz. Ancak bu önem dilin sesleri alanında yapılan çalışmalarda birbirinden ayrı parçalar şeklinde ve sesli ile sessiz kısımları şeklinde olmuştur. Ya da seslerin akustik, fiziksel ve işitsel seviyede incelendiği çalışmalarda bulunmaktadır. Bu nedenle bu çalışmayı sadece sessiz seslerle sınırlı tutarak okunuş, yazılış ve fonksiyon olmak üzere üç bölümde ele aldık. Okunuş bölümünde bu seslerin çıkış yerleri(mahreç), sıfatları ve tefhîm ile terkîk durumunda maruz kaldıkları durumlar ele alınmıştır. Yazılış bölümünde ise Arap yazısının başlangıcı ve bu gün olduğu gibi Arap yazısının tekamül ettiği tedvîn dönemine kadar ki gelişim aşamaları incelenmiştir. Daha sonra yenilerin bu konudaki görüşleri ve onu kolaylaştırmaya yönelik önerilerine yer verdik ve bu bölümü kendi görüşümüzle beraber uzun seslerin yazılmasına yönelik basit önerilerle bitirdik. Fonksiyon bölümünde de konuşmanın kolaylaşmasında ve cümlenin bitişmesinde seslerin işlevleri ile i'rabın alametlerine delalet eden işlevine yer verdik. Daha sonra Kur'an-ı Kerim'in okunuşundaki uzatmalarda ve şiir ile şarkı söylenirken ortaya çıkan seslerin ritmik işlevi ile bu bölümü bitirdik.

This research is an attempt to encompass the Arabic vowels from different aspects. In light of the ancient interest in the consonants being the origin of speech, and the vowels are either their branches or suffixes, we find that the contemporaries have paid more attention to the vowels, but this interest came in the form of separate chapters within the study of the linguistic phoneme in both parts: vowel and consonant or within the study of sounds at their acoustic, physical, psychological and auditory levels. Here, this research is just concerned about vowels which are covered in three chapters: Pronunciation, writing and function.Chapter one titled Pronunciation deals with vowels and their place of articulation, their characteristics, and the symptoms that affect them such as the rules of lowering and elevating letters. Chapter two titled Writing highlights the beginnings of Arabic writing and its stages of development up to the age of codification in which the features of Arabic writing were formed as they are today. Moreover, this research presents the opinions of the scholars about it and their suggestions to facilitate it. The chapter concludes with the researcher's personal opinion accompanied by a simple suggestion in writing the long letters. Chapter three titled Function talks about the function of the voices in facilitating pronunciation and connecting speech, and the semantic function of the parsing signs. The chapter concludes with the rhythmic function of the sounds that is manifested in the rhythmic function of the Qur'an recitation, and in chanting poetry and singing.
