OKUL ÖNCESİ ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN DİN EĞİTİMİ HAKKINDAKI GÖRÜŞLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ (NİTEL BİR ARAŞTIRMA)

Abstract

Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin din eğitimi hakkında hazırbulunuşlukları var mıdır? Okul öncesi öğretmenleri din eğitimi hakkında ne tür bir donamına sahiptir? Okul öncesi öğretmenleri din eğitimi hakkında benzer mi, yoksa farklı görüşlere mi sahiptir? Bu sorular çalışmanın problemini ortaya koymaktadır. Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin din eğitimi hakkındaki görüşleri nelerdir? Sorusu çalışmanın ana problemidir. Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin din eğitimi hakkındaki görüşlerinin nitel bir araştırmayla incelenmesi de bu çalışmanın amacıdır. Çalışma nitel bir çalışma olup, olgubilim (fenomenoloji) deseni kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubu Mardin İl merkezinde çalışan okul öncesi öğretmenleridir. Katılımcıların 1'i erkek 47'si ise bayan olup, mesleki deneyimleri 1 ile 15 yıl arasında değişmektedir. Veriler, görüşme formları ve yüz yüze derinlemesine görüşmeler ile yarıyapılandırılmış olarak elde edilmiştir. Veri analizinde tematik analiz tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışma bulguları açısından eldeki verilerden üç ana tema oluşturulmuştur. Bu temalardan da katılımcılar; okul öncesinde din eğitimi verilemez, verilmelidir, şartlı verilmelidir ve dördüncü olarak da din eğitimi ailede verilmelidir gibi dört farklı görüş beyan etmişlerdir. Sonuç olarak okul öncesinde din eğitimi hakkında öğretmen görüşleri bilimsel bir temele dayanmamakta, öğretmenler kendilerini ideolojik olarak konumlandırdıkları yerden görüş beyan etmişlerdir. Çözüm önerisi olarak okul öncesi dönemin gelişim ve öğrenme psikolojisi dikkate alınmalıdır

Are readness of pre-school teachers for religious education? What kind of equipment does preschool teachers have about religious education? Do preschool teachers have similar or different views on religious education? These questions reveal the problem of studying. What are the views of pre-school teachers about religious education? The question is the main problem of studying. It is also the purpose of this study to examine qualitative research of pre-school teachers' views on religious education. The study is a qualitative study and the phenomenology pattern is used. The population and the sample are pre-school teachers working in the center of Mardin. Forty-eight teachers participated in the research. One of the participants is a man and the rest of the participants are female. Their professional experience ranges from 1 to 15 years. The data were obtained semi-structured with interview forms and face-to-face in-depth interviews. Thematic analysis technique was used for data analysis. Three main themes have been formed from the data given in the context of the study findings. From these themes, participants also stated four different views such as religious education cannot be given in preschool period, religious education should be given in preschool period, religious education should be given conditionally in pre-school period and fourthly religious education should be given to the family. As a result, teacher opinions about religious education in preschool period are not based on a scientific basis. Teachers have expressed their views with worldviews that they have ideologically positioned themselves. The developmental and learning psychology of the pre-school period should be considered as a solution proposal
