تعدد الرواية في الحديث النبوي

Abstract

يُعد جمع روايات الحديث الشريف أمرٌ غاية في الأهمية لمن يريد فهم الحديث الشريف واستنباط الحكم الشرعي منه، فبتعدد الرواية يخصص العام ويُقيَّد المطلق ، ويُبيَّن المجمل ، ويُعرف المبهم ، فجاءت هذه الدراسة لتبين بعضاً من أسباب تعدد الرواية، والحكمة من هذا التعدد ، ونقد التوسع فيها دون توفر شرط الصحة ، إضافة إلى بيان أنواع التعدد ، وآثار جمع الروايات المتعددة ، مستعيناً بضرب الأمثلة التي ورد فيها تعدد للروايات مُتحرياً الصحيح منها ومختصراً على أهمها .

Hadis-i Şerifi anlamak ve ondan şer'i hüküm çıkarmak isteyenler için, rivayetlerin toplanması çok önemli bir iştir. Rivayetlerin çeşitliliği ile; geneller özelleştirilir, mutlak takyîd edilir, genel anlamlar çıkarılır, bilinmeyenler açığa çıkar. Bu araştırmalar; rivayetlerin çeşitliliğinin bazı sebeplerini, hikmetlerini, sıhhatini gerçekleştirmediği için derin konuların eleştirilerini, ayrıca rivayetlerin türlerini, çeşitli rivayetlerin toplanmasının sonucunu, sahih ve uygun rivayetlerle önemli olanları özet ile belirler.

The collection of narrations of Hadith is considered to be very important for those who want to understand the Hadith and derive the Islamic ruling from it. And so with the numerous narrations available, the general is allocated, the absolute is restricted, the overall is shown and explained and the vague words are defined. Therefore, this study came to show some reasons for the multiplicity of the narrative, the wisdom of this pluralism as well as to criticize its expansion without the requirement of health. Not only this, but to also reveal the types of this pluralism and the effect of collecting multiple narration. This is done using the examples in which a multiplicity of narrations have occurred, distinguishing between the authentic ones and focusing on the most important.
