İbn Abdilberr el-Endelüsî'nin Tenkidinde Muhalefet Sebebiyle Münker Hadis -Çözümlemeli Çalışma

Abstract

İbn Abdilberr hadis imamlarından ve hadis tenkidi alanında itimat edilen alimlerdendir. Onun bu alandaki dehası gerek isnad yönünden gerekse metin yönünden bazı rivayetlerdeki bazı hususlara işaret etmesiyle açık bir şekilde ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu hususlar zayıf ravilerden zuhur edebildiği gibi sika ravilerden de zuhur edebilmiştir. İbn Abdilber’in tenkid ettiği en bariz yönler şunlardır: Bir ravinin mevkuf rivayeti merfu’ yapması, bir hadis için alışılagelmiş başka bir sened kullanması, hıfz yönünden kendisinden daha üstün bir raviye zıt düşecek şekilde hadisi irad etmesi, hadisin metnine ilave yapması, hadisi asıl manasından uzaklaştıracak şekilde manayla rivayet etmesi, sika ravilere muhalefet etmesi, münker rivayetleriyle bilinen bir ravinin sahih rivayetlere muhalefet etmesi, sahabinin uygulamasına ters düşen fetvasını nakletmesi, hadisin lafzını değiştirmesi, dindeki zaruri bir bilgiye muhalefet etmesi, hadisi başka bir hadisle değiştirmesi veya farklı farklı rivayetleri tek sened altında birleştirmesi.

Ibn Abed al-Barr had mercy on him from the imams of the hadith and his senior critics who were critical of the hadeeth. His genius was revealed by warning him of what is included in some of the ahaadith of nakara because some of the irregularities are found in its bases or its contents. Violations in the criticism of Ibn Abd al-Barr in several aspects, most notably: Violation of Rao to others in the lifting of the detainee, or serious behavior, or modern income in a way contrary to others who are the first of the conservation, or increase in the talk of increased magnanimity, or breach of trust in his novel to talk in the sense, it refers to its intended meaning, or a violation of the ravi, who is known as the narrator of the narrator in his speech to other authentic conversations, or the violation of what he conveys from the fatwa of Sahabi to the famous about that particular companion, or the violation of the distortion of the word in the talk, as well as the violation of the narrator of the knowledge of religion necessarily, or breach of trusts to replace modern talk, different in one context with one document.
