İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti'nin yerel bir medyası: 'Diyarbekir'de Dicle' Gazetesi (1913-1915)

Abstract

Dicle (Tigris) newspaper published a total of 142 issues. The current issues of the newspaper are available in the National Library in Ankara. Dicle newspaper has continued its publication life under the name of 'Dicle in Diyarbekir (Tigris in Diyarbekir)' since the 90th issue. In general, since the newspaper carried out its activities as a publication organ of the Committee of Union and Progress, political issues appeared in the newspaper in the form of headlines. Other pages cover literary, health, educational, and local topics. This study consists of 6 parts. In the first part, the development adventure of the press and printing press in the world and in the Ottoman Empire is included. In the second part, press activities in Diyarbekir are discussed. In the third part, political news in the newspaper 'Diyarbekir'de Dicle' was processed. The fourth part is about news about education. In the fifth part, the analysis and evaluation of literary works were made. Finally, in the sixth part, general culture, health, local news and socio-economic dimensions and Diyarbekir issues are emphasized. When the newspaper is evaluated as a whole, it is understood that the newspaper carries out its activities as the publication organ of the Committee of Union and Progress in Diyarbekir in almost all its shares.Dicle gazetesi toplam 142 sayı çıkarmıştır. Gazetenin mevcut sayıları Ankara'da Millî Kütüphane'de fotokopi şeklinde bulunmaktadır. Dicle gazetesi 90. sayıdan itibaren 'Diyarbekir'de Dicle' adı ile yayın hayatına devam etmiştir. Genel olarak gazete, İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti'nin bir yayın organı olarak faaliyetlerini yürüttüğü için siyasi konular gazetede manşet şeklinde yer almıştır. Diğer sayfalarda edebî, sağlık, eğitim ve mahalli konulara yer verilmiştir. Bu çalışma 6 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci Bölüm'de dünyada ve Osmanlı Devleti'nde basın ile matbaanın gelişim serüvenine yer verilmiştir. İkinci Bölüm'de Diyarbekir'de basın faaliyetleri ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü Bölüm'de 'Diyarbekir'de Dicle' gazetesinde yer alan siyasi içerikli haberler işlenmiştir. Dördüncü Bölüm'de eğitim ile ilgili haberler konu alınmıştır. Beşinci Bölüm'de edebî eserlerin tahlil ve değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Son olarak Altıncı Bölüm'de genel kültür, sağlık, yerel haberler ve sosyo-ekonomik boyutu ile Diyarbekir konuları üzerinde durulmuştur. Gazete bir bütün olarak değerlendirildiğinde hemen hemen tüm paylaşımlarında gazetenin İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti'nin Diyarbekir'deki yayın organı olarak faaliyetlerini yürüttüğü anlaşılmıştır.
