دراسة مسائل الخلاف في سورة آل عمران والنساء(دراسة تحليلية)

Abstract

Bu tez, Âl-i İmrân ve Nisâ surelerinde geçen tefsirî ihtilaf meselelerinin incelenmesini konu edinmektedir. Çalışmada, müfessirler arasında görüş ayrılığı bulunan meseleler toplanmış, onların görüşleri ve delilleri analiz edilerek, ilmî tercih kurallarına göre en güçlü görüş belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu araştırmanın önemi; tefsir alanındaki ihtilaf meselelerinin belgelendirilmesi, düzenlenmesi ve ilmî, eleştirel bir şekilde incelenmesi yoluyla tefsir çalışmalarına katkı sağlamasında ortaya çıkmaktadır. Ayrıca bu iki sûrede yer alan bazı önemli itikadî ve fıkhî meselelerin aydınlatılması da araştırmanın değerini artırmaktadır. Konunun seçilmesindeki bir diğer önemli etken ise, Âl-i İmrân ve Nisâ sûrelerindeki ihtilaf meselelerini müstakil olarak ele alan çalışmaların azlığıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Âl-i İmrân ve Nisâ sûrelerindeki ihtilaf meselelerini bir araya getirmek, geçerli tercih esaslarına göre en güçlü görüşü belirlemek, bu ihtilafların Kur'ân ayetlerinin anlaşılması ve şer'î hükümlerin çıkarılmasındaki etkisini ortaya koymak ve araştırmacının tefsir alanındaki eleştirel araştırma becerilerini geliştirmektir. Çalışma; giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuç kısmından oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde: tefsirde ihtilaf kavramı ve sebepleri ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde: Âl-i İmrân sûresindeki ihtilaf meseleleri sunulmuş ve analiz edilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise Nisâ sûresindeki ihtilaf meseleleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma, elde edilen en önemli sonuçlar ve önerilerle tamamlanmıştır.

This thesis examines the issues of interpretative disagreement (ikhtilāf tafsīrī) in the Qur'anic chapters of Āl ʿImrān and al-Nisāʾ. It does so by collecting the points of divergence among the commentators (mufassirūn), analyzing their opinions and supporting evidence, and determining the strongest opinion according to established scholarly criteria of preference (tarjīḥ). The significance of this research lies in its contribution to the field of Qur'anic exegesis by documenting, organizing, and critically analyzing these interpretative differences. It also sheds light on key theological and jurisprudential issues mentioned in the two chapters. The importance of selecting this topic stems from the scarcity of independent studies specifically addressing the interpretative disagreements in these two sūrahs. The study aims to gather the disputed exegetical issues in Sūrat Āl ʿImrān and Sūrat al-Nisāʾ, determine the most preponderant views based on recognized principles of preference, and highlight the impact of such differences on the understanding of Qur'anic verses and the derivation of legal rulings. It also seeks to train the researcher in critical research methods within the field of tafsīr. The research is structured into an introduction, three chapters, and aconclusion. Chapter One discusses the concept of interpretative disagreement and its causes. Chapter Two presents and analyzes the disputed issues in Sūrat Āl ʿImrān. Chapter Three covers and analyzes the differences found in Sūrat al-Nisāʾ. The thesis concludes with the most significant findings and recommendations.
