Güneydoğu ve doğu anadolu bölgesi bölgesel amatör futbol ligi futbolcularının ruh halleri ile motivasyonları arasındaki ilişkinin incenlemesi

Abstract

Araştırma Güneydoğu ve Doğu Anadolu Bölgesinde oynayan bölgesel amatör lig (BAL) futbolcularının ruh halleri ile motivasyonları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Betimsel nitelikte ilişkisel tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmanın evrenini;Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu bünyesinde 2020-2021 sezonunda Bölgesel Amatör Lig Güneydoğu ve Doğu Anadolu Bölgesindefutbol oynayan 503futbolcu, örneklem gurbunu ise 193 futbolcu oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Brunel Ruh Hali Ölçeği ve Spora Özgü Başarı Motivasyon Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler SPSS 22.0programında analiz edilmiştir. Analizlerde frekans ve yüzde gibi tanımlayıcı istatistiklerin tekniklerin yanı sıra, korelasyon analazi, ilişkisiz örneklemler t-testi, ANOVA ve çoklu karşılaştırma (post-hoc) testi ile Kruskal-Wallis H testine başvurulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda; futbolcuların bitkinlik ile güç gösterme güdüsü, başarılı olma güdüsü ve genel olarak motivasyonları arasındaki ilişkiler orta düzeyde negatif yönde, bitkinlik ile başarısızlıktan kaçınma güdüsü arasındaki ilişki zayıf düzeyde negatif yönde, depresiflik ile güç gösterme güdüsü, başarılı olma güdüsü ve genel olarak motivasyonları arasındaki ilişkiler orta düzeyde negatif yönde anlamlı çıkmıştır. Futbolcuların depresiflik ile başarısızlıktan kaçınma güdüsü arasındaki ilişki ise anlamlı çıkmamıştır. Futbolcuların kızgınlık ile güç gösterme güdüsü, başarılı olma güdüsü ve genel olarak motivasyonları arasındaki ilişkiler orta düzeyde negatif yönde anlamlı çıkarken, kızgınlık ile başarısızlıktan kaçınma güdüsü arasındaki ilişki ise anlamlı çıkmamıştır. Futbolcuların dinçlik ile güç gösterme güdüsü, başarılı olma güdüsü, başarısızlıktan kaçınma güdüsü ve genel olarak motivasyonları arasındaki ilişkilerin tamamı zayıf düzeyde pozitif yönde anlamlı çıkmıştır.

The research was conducted to examine the relationship between the moods and motivations of regional amateur league (BAL) football players playing in the Southeastern and Eastern Anatolia Regions. The universe of this research, which was carried out in a descriptive relational scanning model, consists of 503 football players who play football in the Regional Amateur League Southeastern and Eastern Anatolia Regions in the 2020-2021 season within the body of the Turkish Football Federation, and the sample group consists of 193 football players. The data of the research; Personal Information Form was collected with Brunel Mood Scale and Sport-Specific Achievement Motivation Scale. The data obtained from the research were analyzed in the SPSS 22.0 program. In addition to descriptive statistics such as frequency and percentage techniques, correlation analysis, unrelated samples t-test, ANOVA and post-hoc test and Kruskal-Wallis H test were used in the analysis. As a result of the research; The relationship between fatigue and the motivation to show power, the motivation to be successful and motivation in general is moderately negative, the relationship between fatigue and the motivation to avoid failure is weakly negative, the relationship between depression and the motivation to show power, the motivation to be successful and motivation in general is moderate. was found to be negatively significant. On the other hand, the relationship between depression and failure avoidance motive of football players was not significant. While the relationships between the anger and the motivation to show strength, the motivation to be successful and the motivation in general of the football players were found to be moderately negative, the relationship between the anger and the motivation to avoid failure was not significant. All of the relationships between the vigor and the motivation to show strength, the motivation to be successful, the motivation to avoid failure and the motivation in general were found to be weakly positive and significant.general werefoundto be weaklypositiveandsignificant.
