Abstract
1, 2, 3, 4 û 49 her çiqas hin cihêwaziyan dihewînin jî, bi gelemperî pênc nusxeyên heman berhem an destnivîsê
ne. Ji van destnivîsan tenê Kurd 5 ya bi navê “Lawijek” berhemeke cihê ye.
Di naveroka van berhemên gelêrî de, derbarê ziman, edebiyat, çand û jiyana nîvê duyem ê sadsala 19em a
Kurdan de agahiyên gelekî girîng tên bidestxistin. Ji van berheman, ku dikarin weke belgeyên jiyana wê demê
bên pejirandin, taybetiyên çand û kevneşopiya zargotina Kurdan jî aşkere dibin. Di vê xebatê de latînîzekirina
teksta destnîvîsa Kurd 49ê weke nimûne hatiye dayîn, da ku xalên li jorê hatin behskirin bi şênberî bên nîşandan.
Alaxandre Jaba's collection of Kurdish manuscripts, which contains 54 files and 69 different works, is unique about literature, culture, history and Kurdish folklore. A certain part of the collection consists of Kurdish folk poetries. The six manuscripts in the collection are Kurdish poetry, rhythmic poetry, or folksong. Kurds 1, 2, 3, 4 and 49 from these manuscripts, although with minor differences, are generally copies of the same work or manuscript. In these works, only named "Lawijek" Kurd 5 is a different work. In this folk literature works, important information about the language, literature, culture and life of the Kurds in the second half of the 19th century are obtained. These works, which can be accepted as a document of life at that time, also reveal the characteristics of the Kurdish folklore tradition and the culture. In this work, the Kurdish 49 manuscript is given as an example to illustrate the points described above.
