İbn Hacer'in Mestûr râvilerine Zehebî'nin bakışı

Abstract

Gslam dininin temel kaynaklarından olan sünnetin ilk asırdan bugüne kadar gelmesine râvilerin büyük etkisi olmuGtur. Hadisin sıhhati râvilerin adâlet ve zabt sıfatlarına ne derece sahip olduğu ile paralel olmuGtur. Râvi sıfatlarını zedeleyen kusurlar cerh-ta"dîl âlimleri tarafından belirtilmiG ve söz konusu kusurlara sahip olduğu belirlenen râviler cerh edilerek rivayetleri tenkid edilmiGtir. Bu kusurlardan birisi de adâlet bakımından durumu bilinmeyen râviler için kullanılan mestûr kavramıdır. Bu vasıftaki râvilerin rivayeti hakkında farklı görüGler ileri sürülmüGtür. ÇalıGmamızda Gbn Hacer"in Takrîbü"t-tehzîb adlı eserinde geçen mestûr râviler, Zehebî"nin el-Kâşif adlı eseri ile mukâyese edilmiG, ricâl âlimlerinin râviler hakkındaki görüGlerine değinilmiG ve bu râviler hakkında esas görüG belirlenmeye çalıGılmıGtır. Değerlendirilen râvilerin Sünen-i Erba"a"da geçen bazı rivayetleri ele alınarak mestûr râvinin rivâyetteki konumu ele alınmıGtır.

The narrators had a great influence on the sunnah, which is one of the main sources of the religion of Islam, from the first century until today. The soundness of the hadith was parallel to the extent to which the narrators had the attributes of justice and restraint. The flaws that damage the attributes of the narrator were stated by the scholars of cerh-ta'dil, and the narrators who were determined to have the said defects were cited and their narrations were criticized. One of these defects is the concept of mestur, which is used for narrators whose status in terms of justice is unknown. Different opinions have been put forward about the narration of such narrators. In our study, the mesmerizing narrators in Ibn Hajar's work named Takrîbü"t-tehzîb were compared with Zehebî's work al-KâGif, the views of the ricâl scholars about the narrators were mentioned and the main opinion about these narrators was tried to be determined. Some of the narrations of the evaluated narrators in Sunen-i Erba'a were handled and the position of the mestur narrator in the narration was discussed.
