Murathan Mungan'ın hikaye ve romanlarında fenomenolojik öteki incelemesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Murathan Mungan'ın öykü ve romanlarında fenomenolojik yaklaşım esas alınarak öteki kavramı incelenmiş, bu kavramın ele alınan metinlerde anlamsal ya da biçimsel açılardan ne gibi olanaklar sağladığı irdelenmiştir. Tezin ilk bölümünde çalışmanın ötekine bakışını belirleyen fenomenolojik yaklaşım hakkında genel bilgi verilerek, metinlerdeki çıkarımların daha anlaşılır bir hâle gelmesi sağlanmak istemiş, tezin ana hatlarını belirleyen kuramcılar ve bu kuramcıların ötekine dair görüşlerine yer verilmiştir. Belirlenen kuram çerçevesinde Mungan'ın metinleri değerlendirilerek, bu metinlerin derin yapısını oluşturan birey olamama sorunu, bireyin öteki ile kendini kurma süreci, ben ve öteki arasındaki ilişkinin ortasında doğan insani durumların anlatının genel oluşumuna nasıl yansıdığı ve anlamı belirleyen bu tematiklerin anlatının geri kalan unsurlarıyla nasıl bir bağ kurduğu üzerinde durulmuştur.

In this study, the other concept of Murathan Mungan's stories and novels is examined based on the phenomenological approach and the possibilities of this concept in terms of semantic or formal aspects are examined. In the first part of the thesis, general information is given about the phenomenological approach that determines the view of the study to the other, and it is aimed to make the inferences in the texts become more understandable and the theorists who determine the main lines of the thesis and their opinions about the other are given. Then, within the framework of the theory determined, Mungan's texts are evaluated and the problem of not being an individual constituting the deep structure of these texts, the process of self-formation of the individual and the other, how the human situations that emerge in the midst of the relationship between me and the other are reflected in the general formation of the narrative, and how these thematic determinants of meaning connect with the rest of the narrative are examined.
