Mustafa İslamoğlu’nun Kur’an Surelerinin Kimliği İsimli Eserindeki Bazı Farklı Yorumların Kritiği

Abstract

İnsanlar, kutsal metinleri anlamaya çalışırlarken zaman zaman dinî söylem ve terminolojiyi, kendi çağlarının bilgi ve tecrübeleri ışığında gözden geçirme ihtiyacı hissederler. Ancak bu tür durumlarda kimi zaman, mantıksal deneyciliğin katı ve acımasız tehditlerine boyun eğmekten kurtulamazlar. Zaman geçtikçe birtakım bid’at ve hurafeleri de bünyesinde barındırabilen dinî anlayışların, asıl kaynaklar ışığında yeniden test edilmeleri gereği anlaşılır bir şeydir. Ancak mantıksal deneyciliği ve bilimsel diye dayatılan modernitenin varsayımlarını, değişik yöntemlerle asıl kaynakların yerine ikame etmek, kabul edilebilecek bir durum olmasa gerektir. Bu makalenin gayesi işte böyle bir çerçevede, Mustafa İslamoğlu’nun Kur’an Surelerinin Kimliği ismini taşıyan eserindeki birtakım görüşlerini ele alıp incelemektir.

While people try to understand sacred texts, they sometimes feel the need to re-examine religious discourse and terminology in the light of modern knowledge and experiences. In such cases, they sometimes cannot escape the rigorous and ruthless threats of logical empiricism. However, as time goes by, it is understandable that the religious insights which including some of bid’ahs and rituals need to be retested in the light of the original sources. However, it is not acceptable to substitute the original sources in place the logical empiricism and the scientific hypotheses of modernity with different methods. It is in this frame that Mustafa İslamoğlu’s views examination in his work titled “Kur’an Surelerinin Kimliği” is the main object of this article.
