It interprets his 'Dirili & scedil; (Resurrection) Thesis' as a form of Islamic decoloniality engaging with the triad of coloniality - power, knowledge, and being. Arguing that Karako & ccedil; represents a civilizationist strand of post-1950 Islamism, the study interprets his political thought within coloniality debates, offering an analytical application of the concept of Islamic decoloniality.
