    Ensuring customer satisfaction for tourism destinations creates a competitive advantage. Appropriate conditions must be created in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction plays an important role in re-preferring and recommending the destination. Therefore, it becomes important to measure the satisfaction levels of tourists visiting a destination. In this context, it was aimed to determine the satisfaction levels of customers staying in thermal accommodation establishments in Diyarbakır Çermik. Quantitative research method was used in the research. The findings of the research were obtained by questionnaire technique from 300 participants who visited Diyarbakır Çermik thermal accommodation establishments. The obtained data were analyzed using the analysis program. As a result of the analysis, The highest satisfaction in the perceptions of the participants towards the thermal accommodation establishments in Diyarbakır Çermik was the thermal facilities. In addition, correlation analysis was conducted to reveal whether there is a relationship between customer satisfaction, which is the dependent variable, and the independent variables. As a result of the correlation analysis, a positive and significant relationship was found between the dependent and independent variables. Finally, regression analysis was conducted to measure the effect of customer satisfaction, which is the dependent variable, on the independent variables. As a result of this analysis, there is only a negative relationship between customer satisfaction and physical facilities. Correlation analysis was conducted to reveal whether there is a relationship between customer satisfaction, which is the dependent variable, and the independent variables.
