Article Better human resource management practices and their impact on creativity - field study of humanitarian organizations operating in northwest Syria(2020) Abdulnaser AljasemThe study aimed to identify the impact of human resource management practices represented in (polarization, selection and appointment, performance evaluation, compensation and employee development) in creativity and represented by (administrative creativity and creativity in service) in humanitarian organizations operating in northwestern Syria, and represents the study community of 20 An organization where a questionnaire was developed to collect the necessary data, and a statistical analysis program (spss) was used to select study hypotheses and achieve their goals. Among the most important results of the study is that the practice of human resource management represented in (developing and compensating employees) plays a large role and is one of the best practices in achieving creativity in these organizations, while exercising human resources management represented in recruitment, selection, appointment and performance evaluation) has no major role in achieving creativity In these organizations. The most important recommendations of the study are the necessity of adopting transparent and objective methods in selection and appointment practices, the need to work to attract those with competence and experience and the use of both effective means, and the need to rehabilitate and train women to become a more effective component in humanitarian organizations.Article THE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF UNIVERSITIES AND ITS IMPACT ON BUILDING ORGANIZATIONAL REPUTATION: THE CASE OF MARDIN ARTUKLU UNIVERSITY(Artuklu Kaime International Journal of Economics and Administrative Researches, 2019) ALMOHAMAD, DawoudThis article investigates the stakeholder's recognition for the Mardin Artuklu University's activities relating to social responsibility and its impact on the university's organizational reputation. Using data collected from a straddle sample of 919 persons of stakeholders of the university, we carried out ANOVA, two independent samples t test and multiple linear regression. The results suggest that there is less than medium level of recognition, the administrative staff has the highest level of recognition between the stakeholders and the social responsibility, in general, has very important role in building the organizational reputation for the university, with different levels of importance for the different fields of practicing social responsibility.Article waqie waitijahat altasharuk bialmaerifat bayn tullab jamieat mardyn(Arab Journal of sciences & Researches Publishing, 2019) ALMOHAMAD, DawoudThe research aimed to identify the reality and attitude of Mardin university students about knowledge sharing, in addition to identifying channels which students preferred it to sharing knowledge, the motivations that guide students to share knowledge, and the main obstacles that impede the process of sharing knowledge. The research focused on colleges that adopt Arabic as a basic teaching language, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted in this research, a questionnaire was designed based on previous studies to measure the attitudes of students about the process of sharing knowledge, And distributed to (235) students. The results showed that the most important sources of students to obtain their information are course teachers with an average of 3.95. But overall the search process was low, and the aim of most students from knowledge sharing was to clarify and discuss the exam issues by (3.78). The references which course teachers are provided them were the most widely used tools by (3.72), It turns out that students tend to share their knowledge faceto-face by (4.14), but about the attitudes of university students, most of them were aware the value of knowledge and their sharing it, and they considered that helps to improve the process of education by (4.16), and most of them encourage knowledge sharing and consider it good by(4.36).
