| gperson.biography | 1974 yılında Batman’da doğdu. 1998-2007 yılları arası Batman’da farklı okullarda öğretmen ve okul yöneticisi olarak çalıştı. 2007 yılında eğitim müfettişi olarak Yozgat’a atandı. 2002 yılında Eğitim Yönetimi ve Denetimi alanında yüksek lisans, 2008 yılında ise aynı alanda doktorasını tamamladı. 2013 yılında doçent, 2018 yılında profesör unvanını aldı. Bu süre içerisinde birçok AB projesi hazırladı ve yürüttü. Farklı ülkelerde eğitim çalışmaları amacıyla bulundu ve misafir araştırmacı olarak davet edildi. Mesleki yaşamı boyunca, ulusal ve uluslararası dergilerde birçok makale, kitap veya kitap bölümü ve çeşitli bildiriler yayımlamış ve birçok konferans ve seminer vermiştir. | |
| gperson.biography | He was born in Batman in 1974. Between 1998 and 2007, he worked as a teacher and school administrator at various schools in Batman. In 2007, he was appointed as an education inspector in Yozgat. He completed his master's degree in Education Management and Supervision in 2002 and his doctorate in the same field in 2008. He was promoted to associate professor in 2013 and to professor in 2018. During this period, he prepared and implemented numerous EU projects. He has visited various countries for educational purposes and has been invited as a visiting researcher. Throughout his professional career, he has published numerous articles, books, book chapters, and various papers in national and international journals, and has delivered many conferences and seminars. | en_US |
