    Dış politika, uluslararası toplumda devletin amaçlarını gerçekleştirmek için çalıştığı en önemli faaliyetlerden biri olarak kabul edilmekte, hatta devletin egemenlik ve güvenliğinin korunmasında, ihtiyaçların karşılanmasında en önemli araç ve araç olarak değerlendirilebilir. Bu hedeflere ulaşmak için devletin kullanabileceği araç ve yöntemler çok sayıda ve farklıdır ve bu, devletin yeteneklerinden ve diğer uluslararası birimleri etkileme yeteneğinden sorumlu olmasına bağlıdır. Hiç şüphe yok ki, Türkiye'nin Filistin'e yönelik stratejik yönelimi, Türkiye'nin sahip olduğu jeostratejik konumun getirdiği zorluklara bir yanıt teşkil ediyor; bu, onu niteliyor ve onu çevreleyen, ulusal güvenliğine yönelik tehditlerden uzaklaştıran bölgesel hususlara dikkat etmesini gerektiriyor. ve Filistin ile olan ilişkileri çerçevesinde, toprakları genelindeki daha geniş ticaret ve enerji malzemeleri alanlarında ekonomik faydalar sağlıyor; zira bu hedeflere ulaşmanın bölgesel ve uluslararası etkiyi genişletmesine olanak tanıyor. Dolayısıyla Türkiye'nin hedefleri, 1948'den sonra Filistin'in bölgesel denklemdeki konumunun değişmesinden kaynaklanan dengesizliğin boyutunun farkında olmasından kaynaklanmaktadır. Buna göre bu mesajın önemi, Türkiye'nin Filistin'e yönelik yeni dış politikasının en önemli stratejik boyutlarının belirlenmesi, özellikle de Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi döneminde Türkiye'nin genel stratejik çerçevelerinin belirlenmesi ve mesajın çerçevelenmesi açısından yatmaktadır. Genel olarak Türkiye'nin Ortadoğu bölgesindeki konumunun ve faaliyetlerinin ve Filistin'e yönelik dış eylem ve davranışlarının dengelenmesindeki rolünün boyutlarının teşhisi ve analizi ve bununla bağlantılı olarak oynadığı rolün doğasının belirlenmesi. Mevcut fırsatlar ışığında Türkiye'nin Filistin'deki rolünün sorunları ve güvenlik, ekonomik, siyasi ve dini konuları da kapsayan bir grup hassas ve çetrefilli konunun ürettiği sayısız fırsat. Çalışma, Türkiye'nin siyasi ve ekonomik rolünün diğer aktörlerden bağımsız vizyon ve algılara sahip olduğu ve Filistinlileri siyasi ve ekonomik olarak korumayı ve desteklemeyi hedeflediği sonucuna varmıştır. Hamas hareketinin 2006 Filistin seçimlerini kazanmasının ardından Filistin halkı, bunu Filistin uzlaşmasındaki olumlu rolünün yanı sıra demokrasiye saygı eksikliği olarak değerlendirdi. Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi'nin MS 2002'de Türkiye'de iktidara gelmesinden bu yana Türkiye'nin Filistin'deki rolü, açıklık, kararlılık, siyasi söylem dilinin güçlü etkisi ve diplomatik prosedürler ve hareketler ile inisiyatiflerin temsil ettiği gerçek rol ile karakterize edilmiştir. Türkiye'nin Gazze kuşatması ve savaşıyla ilgili olarak bölgesel veya uluslararası düzeyde üstlendiği rol, Filistin'in toplumsal dokusunu korumayı ve halka güçlü bir manevi destek vermeyi hedefledi ve çalıştı.     Entrepreneurship in Crisis: The Determinants of Syrian Refugees' Entrepreneurial Intentions in Turkey

    This study aims to identify the determinants of entrepreneurial intentions among Syrian refugees in Turkey. The research, based on planned behaviour theory, focused on the impact of the refugee context on those intentions and thus on the attitudes and behaviour of entrepreneurs. The study is based on the positivist paradigm, and a quantitative methodology was used to collect data. We preferred the method of convenience sampling and chose 122 entrepreneurial projects at the beginning of 2020. The results show that psychological characteristics have no significant impact. Motivation, conviction, and independence are not sufficient conditions for the choice of an entrepreneurial profession. Self-standards do not affect the entrepreneurial intentions of refugees, as support from family and friends may not be sufficient reason to engage in an entrepreneurial project. However, entrepreneurship emerged among the refugees distinguished by perseverance, efficiency, a spirit of innovation, prior experience, adequate perceptions of barriers, and having the resources needed to implement projects. The refugee context has a negative emotional impact on entrepreneurship for reasons related to conditions of instability, language difficulties, the need for capital to invest, and a lack of entrepreneurial knowledge. The research findings can be used to support the role of humanitarian organisations, UN agencies, and host governments in developing a deeper understanding of entrepreneurial intentions in the refugee context. © 2021 by the authors.
