Kierkegaard'da insanın varoluşu bağlamında umutsuzluk problemi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Søren Kierkegaard'da insanın varoluşu bağlamında umutsuzluk problemini ele almaktır. İnsanın karşı karşıya kaldığı en önemli ve sarsıcı hakikatlerin başında umutsuzluk gelmektedir. Umutsuzluk insanın kaçmaya çalıştığı ama yakalanmamasının mümkün olmadığı sancılı bir sürece karşılık gelir. Bu sürecin nasıl bir şey olduğunu ifade etmek o kadar kolay değildir. Ancak Kierkegaard umutsuzluğun insan üzerindeki etkisini derinlemesine incelemiş ve bu konuda ufuk açıcı felsefi-psikolojik betimlemeler ve analizler yapmıştır. Kierkegaard için umutsuzluk her ne kadar olumsuz bir hakikat olsa da sırf umudu ortaya çıkardığından avantaja dönüşebilir. Bu nedenle birey için umutsuzluk durumu hem bir avantaj hem de bir dezavantajdır. Bireyin bunu avantaja çevirebilmesi ancak Tanrı'ya sığınarak başarabileceği bir durumdur. Kierkegaard tüm bu süreci örneklerle açıklamaya çalışmış ve bunun için de tarihten, mitolojiden, kutsal metinlerden ve gündelik yaşamdaki deneyimlerinden hareket etmiştir. Dolayısıyla Kierkegaard kişiler, tanıklar ve kahramanlarla varoluşta umutsuzluğun nasıl gerçekleştiğini ortaya koyar.

This study aims to deal with the problem of hopelessness in the context of human existence in Søren Kierkegaard. Hopelessness is one of the most important and shocking truths that people face. Despair corresponds to a painful process in which a person tries to escape but cannot be caught. It is not so easy to describe what this process is like. However, Kierkegaard examined the effect of hopelessness on people in-depth and made seminal philosophical-psychological descriptions and analyses on this subject. Although despair is a negative truth for Kierkegaard, it can turn into an advantage simply because it reveals hope. For this reason, the state of hopelessness is both an advantage and a disadvantage for the individual. The individual's ability to turn this into an advantage is a situation that can only be achieved by taking refuge in God. Kierkegaard explained this whole process with examples, and for this, he moved from history, mythology, sacred texts, and experiences in daily life. Therefore, Kierkegaard reveals how despair occurs in existence with persons, witnesses, and heroes.
