Abstract

Bu tezin yazılmasından amaç Ebüssuûd Efendi'nin ilmî kişiliğini, kendine has özelliklerini ortaya koymak ve Ebüssuûd Efendi'nin tefsirde izlediği usûl ile tercih yöntemlerini belirlemektir. Tezimiz; giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuç kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında konunun önemi, bu konunun tercih edilme sebepleri, tezin hedefleri, tezin incelediği problemler ve konun işlenme metodu, geçmişte yapılmış çalışmalar ve çalışmanın zorlukları, konunun sınırları ve konu işlenirken izlenen metod ele alınmıştır. İlk bölümde Zemahşerî ve Ebüssuûd Efendi'nin ilmî kişilikleri ele alınmış ve tefsirleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmamız bu iki parlak ilmî şahsiyetin hayatlarına, yaşadıkları asrın şartlarına, bu iki şahsiyetin ilmî açıdan durumlarına, âlimlerin bu iki şahsiyet hakkındaki görüşlerine ve bu iki bilginin eserlerine yer verilmiştir. Bu bölümde iki şahsiyetin tefsirde izledikleri metod ile tefsirlerinde ön plana çıkan özellikler ortaya koymak istenmiştir. Kendilerinden sonra etkiledikleri tefsirlerin hangileri olduğuna da yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise Bakara Suresi'nde Ebüssuûd Efendi'nin Zemahşerî'den ayrıldığı meseleler tahlil edilmiştir. Söz konusu meseleler teker teker zikredilmiştir. Ayrılıklar zikredilirken Bakara Suresi'ndeki ayet sırasına riayet edilmiştir. Her ayet tefsirinde önce Zemahşerî'nin görüşüne yer verilmiştir. Daha sonra Ebüssuûd Efendi'nin Zemahşerî'ye aykırı olan görüşü verilmiş, daha sonra da müfessirlerin bu ayetin tefsiri ile alakalı görüşleri delilleri ile birlikte verilmiştir. En sonunda da müfessirlerin görüşlerinin tetkik edilmesi suretiyle çalışma sahibinin görüşü verilmiştir.

The aim of this thesis is to reveal the scholarly personality and unique characteristics of Abussuud Efendi and to determine the methodology and preference methods that he followed in exegesis. Our thesis consists of introduction, two chapters and conclusion. In the introduction part, the importance of the subject, why this subject was chosen, the objectives of the thesis, the problems examined in the thesis and the method of processing the subject, past studies and the difficulties of the study, the limits of the subject and the method followed while processing the subject are discussed. In the first part, the scholarly personalities of Zamakhshari and Abussuud Efendi are discussed and their tafsirs are analyzed. Our research includes the lives of these two brilliant scholarly figures, the conditions of the century they lived in, the scholarly status of these two figures, the opinions of scholars about these two figures and the works of these two scholars. In this section, it is aimed to reveal the method they followed in tafsir and the prominent features of their tafsir. The tafsirs they influenced after them are also included. In the second part, the points where Abussuud Efendi differs from Zamakhshari in Surat al-Baqara are analyzed. In our study, the points where Abussud Efendi differs from Zamakhshari are mentioned one by one. The order of the verses in Surat al-Baqarah is followed. In the exegesis of each verse, Zamakhshari's opinion is given first. Then, Abussuud Efendi's opinion contrary to Zamakhshari's is given, and then the opinions of the commentators on the exegesis of this verse are given together with their evidences. Finally, our own opinion is given by examining the opinions of the commentators.
