Sînemaya Hiner Saleem di çarçoveya Teorîya Auteurê da

Abstract

Sinema tarihinin başlangıcından (1895) günümüze kadar birçok sinema teorisi ortaya çıkmıştır, bunlardan birisi Auteur Teorisidir. Bu çalışmada Auteur Teorisi perspektifinden Hiner Saleem sineması incelenmiştir. Bu nedenle Auteur Teorisinin ortaya çıktığı dönemden ve etkili isimlerinden bahsedilmiştir. Fransız genç eleştirmenler, Cahiers Du Cinéma (Sinema Defterleri) dergisinde yazdıkları makalelerle ve La Nouvelle Vague (Yeni Dalga) akımı yönetmenleri, ticari sinemaya karşı yaptıkları filmlerle Auteur Teorisinin kuramsal çerçevesinin gelişmesini sağlamışlardır. Ayrıca Andrew Sarris ve Peter Wollen'ın Auteur Teorisi hakkındaki görüşleri ortaya konulmuştur. Bu çalışma Hiner Saleem sineması ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Hiner Saleem en üretken Kürt yönetmenlerinden biridir ve son 20 senede 12 uzun-metraj film çekmiştir. Filmlerini çekmek için Fransa, Ermenistan, Türkiye ve Kürdistan gibi farklı yerlerden finansman bulmuş ve bu filmlerde çeşitli diller kullanmıştır. Fakat buna rağmen tüm filmlerinde estetik ve anlatısal olarak ortak noktalar vardır. Bu çalışmada Hiner Saleem sinemasının hem biçemsel özellikleri hem de tematik özellikleri Auteur Teorisinin ilkeleri doğrultusunda sorgulanmıştır. Hiner Saleem'in Auteur bir yönetmen olup olmadığı sorusunu cevaplamaya çalıştık. Bu yüzden yönetmenin öz yaşam öyküsüne ve sinemasının gelişimine odaklanıldı. Bu çalışma iki bölümden oluşmuştur. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde Auteur kuramının tarihsel gelişiminden bahsedilmiş; ikinci bölümde de Hiner Saleem sinemasınn analizi yapılmıştır.

Many cinema theories have been emerged from the beginning of the history of the cinema (1895) until today and one of them is the Auteur theory. In this study, Hiner Saleem's cinema has been examined from the perspective of Auteur Theory. Therefore the period when the Auteur Theory emerged and its influential names are mentioned. Young French critics, with the articles they wrote in the journal Cahiers Du Cinéma (Cinema Notebooks) and the directors of the La Nouvelle Vague (New Wave) movement, with the films they made against commercial cinema, provided the development of the theoretical framework of Auteur Theory. In addition, Andrew Sarris and Peter Wollen's views on Auteur Theory are presented. This study is limited to Hiner Saleem's cinema. Hiner Saleem is one of the most prolific Kurdish directors and has made 12 feature films in the last 20 years. He found financing from different places such as France, Armenia, Turkey and Kurdistan to shoot his films and used various languages in these films. However, there are common points in all his films aesthetically and narratively. In this study, both the stylistic and thematic features of Hiner Saleem's cinema were questioned in accordance with the principles of Auteur theory. We tried to answer the question of whether Hiner Saleem is an Auteur director or not. Therefore, the focus was on the autobiography of the director and the development of his cinema. This study consists of two parts. In the first part of the study, the historical development of Auteur theory was mentioned; in the second part, the analysis of Hiner Saleem's cinema is made.
