In our study, we aimed to investigate whether CHA(2)DS(2)-VASc and R(2)CHA(2)DS(2)-VASc scores are predictive of CIED-related complications. MethodsOur investigation was carried out with a multicenter retrospective design. Patients who underwent CIED surgery at two cardiac centers in Turkey between January 2011 and May 2023, 1676, were evaluated. The patients were divided into two groups according to their R(2)CHA(2)DS(2)-VASc scores. Patients with R(2)CHA(2)DS(2)-VASc >= 5 were included in group 1 (380 patients), and patients with R(2)CHA(2)DS(2)-VASc < 5 (1296 patients) were included in group 2. The primary outcome was defined as the cumulative events. Each component of cumulative events, such as hematoma, pericardial effusion, pneumothorax, and infection, was also defined as a secondary outcome. ResultsThe study's patient population had an average age of 62.9 +/- 14 years. Pneumothorax (1.8% vs. 1.3%, p = 0.444), pericardial effusion or tamponade (0.35% vs. 0.2%, p = 0.659), and clinically significant hematoma (1.1% vs. 0.6%, p = 0.376) were comparable between the groups. Infection-related devices and cumulative events classified as primary outcomes were higher in the R(2)CHA(2)DS(2)-VASc >= 5 group (6.1% vs. 1.2%, p < 0.001; 7.6% vs. 3.2%, p < 0.001, respectively). Modeling analyses showed that the CHA(2)DS(2)-VASc score and HT were also independent predictors of device-related infection and cumulative events. ConclusionIn the R(2)CHA(2)DS(2)-VASc >= 5 groups, infection related to the device system and cumulative events were higher. Patients with an R(2)CHA(2)DS(2)-VASc score of 5 or more and a high CHA(2)DS(2)-VASc score should be evaluated more carefully regarding infection and cumulative events before and after the operation.Article Acute Cyanide Intoxication Due To Apricot Seed Ingestion(Soc Argentina Pediatria, 2024) Talay, Mehmet Nur; Orhan, Özhan; Orhan, Ozhan; Department of Internal Medical Sciences / Dahili Tıp Bilimleri Bölümü; 10. Mardin Artuklu University / Mardin Artuklu ÜniversitesiIntroduction : Cyanide poisoning, whether it be accidental or intentional, remains a significant danger to adults and children, especially in societies where agriculture is a primary source of income. We examined the clinical follow-up, complications, and results of cyanide poisoning cases that occurred after eating the pits and seeds of plants containing cyanide glycosides, such as apricot kernels and almonds. Methods : Between 01/01/2017 and 01/08/2022, 14 children aged 1-18 years who were followed up with a prediagnosis of cyanide poisoning in our Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) were retrospectively analysed. Results : Eight of the patients followed with a preliminary diagnosis of cyanide poisoning were female and six were male. The most common admission month was July (42.8%) coinciding with the agricultural season. The most common symptoms at presentation were weakness and fatigue (n = 7). In the PICU, 4 patients presented lip cyanosis; 3, altered level of consciousness. Vomiting, seizure, headache, dizziness and palpitatons were less frequent. Four patients were treated with hydroxocobalamin (Cyanokit (R) ) as an antidote due to acidosis in their blood gases. All patients treated for cyanide poisoning were discharged. Conclusions : Cyanide poisoning should be considered in paediatric patients with suspicious findings, sudden loss of consciousness, increased anion gap acidosis and lactic acidosis. Since December 2020, COVID-19 vaccines have been extensively administered in numerous countries. In addition to new antiviral medications, the treatment regimen encompasses symptom management. Despite sustained research efforts, the outbreak remains uncontrolled, with affected patients still lacking proper treatment. This review is a valuable asset for researchers and practitioners aiming to delve into the yet unexplored potential of Anatolian flora in the fight against COVID-19 and other viral infections. Numerous medicinal plants in Anatolia, such as thyme, sage, cannabis, oregano, licorice root, and Origanum sp., contain bioactive compounds with proven antiviral properties that have been used in the region for centuries. Mardin Artuklu University / Mardin Artuklu ÜniversitesiBackground: Cancer is an unnatural type of tissue growth in which the cells exhibit unrestrained division, leading to a progressive increase in the number of dividing cells. It is now the second largest cause of death in the world. The present study concerned antioxidant, anticancer and anticholinesterase activities and protocatechuic, catechin, caffeic acid, syringic acid, p-coumaric acid and o-coumaric concentrations in methanol extracts of flowers, fruits and seeds of Hypericum amblysepalum. Materials and Methods: Antioxidant properties including free radical scavenging activity and reducing power, and amounts of total phenolic compounds were evaluated using different tests. Protocatechuic, catechin, caffeic acid, syringic acid, p-coumaric acid and o-coumaric concentrations in extracts were determined by HPLC. Cytotoxic effects were determined using the MTT test with human cervix cancer (HeLa) and rat kidney epithelium cell (NRK-52E) lines. Acetyl and butyrylcholinesterase inhibitory activities were measured by by Ellman method. Results: Total phenolic content of H. amblysepalum seeds was found to be higher than in fruit and flower extracts. DPPH free radical scavenging activity of the obtained extracts gave satisfactory results versus butylated hydroxyanisole and butylated hydroxytoluene as controls. Reducing power activity was linearly proportional to the studied concentration range: 10-500 µg/mL LC50 values for H. amblysepalum seeds were 11.7 and 2.86 respectively for HeLa and NRK-52E cell lines. Butyryl-cholinesterase inhibitory activity was 76.9 ± 0.41 for seed extract and higher than with other extracts. Mardin Artuklu University / Mardin Artuklu ÜniversitesiIntroduction Peripheral artery disease (PAD) poses a growing clinical challenge due to an aging population, despite advances in treatment methods. Various scoring systems have emerged to predict high-risk patients, including the HALP (hemoglobin, albumin, lymphocyte, and platelet) score, known for predicting prognosis in cancers and stroke. This study assesses the HALP score's relation to lesion severity and long-term mortality in PAD patients. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 305 symptomatic PAD patients undergoing endovascular intervention. The following formula was used to calculate the HALP score: hemoglobin (g/L) x albumin (g/L) x lymphocyte count (/L) / platelet count (/L). Lesion severity was classified by TASC-II: TASC AB and TASC CD. Mortality data were obtained from hospital and social security records. Results The study involved 305 patients (mean age 64.4 +/- 11.8 years; 72.1% male), divided into survivors (208) and non-survivors (97). ROC analysis identified HALP score as the strongest predictor of long-term mortality (AUC: 0.736; 95% CI: 0.679-0.793; p < .001). HALP score (HR, 0.087; 95% CI, 0.025-1.300; p < .001), age (p < .001), DM (p = .007), and CRP (p = .013) independently predicted mortality. Kaplan-Meier analysis showed higher HALP scores linked to lower long-term mortality (Log-rank: 20.102, p < .001), with an average follow-up of 48 +/- 18 months. Conclusion The HALP score emerged as a robust predictor of PAD prognosis, surpassing individual components and other parameters. Mardin Artuklu University / Mardin Artuklu ÜniversitesiBackground: This study aims to investigate the relationship between ABO blood groups and the severity of peripheral artery disease (PAD) lesions, the coexistence of coronary artery disease (CAD) with PAD, and to identify which blood groups may be more predisposed to these conditions. Methods: This study, which has a single-center and retrospective design, includes 305 patients diagnosed with peripheral artery disease (PAD) between 2015 and 2021. The patients were selected from those with at least 50% stenosis detected by computed tomography (CT) angiography. The severity of PAD lesions was evaluated according to the TransAtlantic Inter-Society Consensus (TASC-II) classification, and the presence of CAD was determined by simultaneous conventional coronary angiography. Demographic data, comorbidities, and laboratory results were collected, and statistical analyses were performed using chi-square tests, logistic regression, and t-tests. All of these patients were divided into 2 groups based on their ABO blood types: O and non-O blood groups. Results: This study demonstrates a significant relationship between blood group classification and both the severity of PAD and the prevalence of CAD. Patients with non-O blood groups exhibited a higher likelihood of having severe PAD lesions (TASC-C and TASC-D) compared to those with O blood groups, who more frequently had milder lesions (TASC-A and TASC-B) (P < 0.001). The prevalence of CAD was also significantly higher among patients with non-O blood groups than those with the O blood group (54.4% vs. 36.4%; P = 0.003). In the logistic regression analysis, non-O blood groups, alongside age, hypertension (HT), and chronic kidney disease (CKD), emerged as independent predictors of severe PAD (P < 0.001 for non-O blood groups). Similarly, older age and non-O blood group status were identified as significant independent predictors of CAD (P = 0.004). These findings suggest that blood group classification, particularly non-O groups, may influence the severity and coexistence of PAD and CAD. Conclusion: Our study reveals a significant association between ABO blood groups and both the severity of PAD and the association of CAD, and shows that non-O blood groups are linked to more severe forms of these conditions. Mardin Artuklu University / Mardin Artuklu ÜniversitesiStudy was planned in a descriptive design to examine how the empathic tendencies of students in the Faculty of Health Sciences affect their attitudes toward individuals who have different sexual orientations and was conducted with seven hundred and six students. The data collected online using the Student Information Form, Empathic Tendency Scale (ETS) and Attitudes Toward Lesbian and Gay Men Scale (ATLGS). Participants' mean scores were 62.98 +/- 18.79 on the ESS and 29.02 +/- 10.75 on the ATLGS. When the correlation between ETS and ATLGS scores was analyzed, a positive and moderate (p<0.05) correlation (r = 0.62) was found between ETS and ATLGS scores. These scores were moderate and the correlation between ETS and ATLGS scores was significant (F=438.585; p<0.05). Empathic disposition explained 38.3% of the total change in ATLGS level (R2=0.383) and increased ATLGS level (B=0.620). The brain tumor is formed by the transformation of brain cells from their normal structures into abnormal cell structures. These formed abnormal cells begin to form in masses in the brain regions. Nowadays, many different techniques are employed to detect these tumor masses, and the most common of these techniques is Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). In this study, it is aimed to automatically detect brain tumors with the help of ensemble deep learning architectures (ResNet50, VGG19, InceptionV3 and MobileNet) and Class Activation Maps (CAMs) indicators by employing MRI images. The proposed system was implemented in three stages. In the first stage, it was determined whether there was a tumor in the MR images Tumor) were detected from MR images (Multi-class Approach). In the last stage, CAMs of each tumor group were created as an alternative tool to facilitate the work of specialists in tumor detection. The results showed that the overall accuracy of the binary approach was calculated as 100% on the ResNet50, InceptionV3 and MobileNet architectures, and 99.71% on the VGG19 architecture. Mardin Artuklu University / Mardin Artuklu ÜniversitesiThis study aimed to investigate the protective effect of quercetin against arsenic-induced oxidative damage, inflammation, and apoptosis in mouse BALB/c 3T3 fibroblast cells (NIH-3T3). Arsenic at different concentrations of 0.05 mu M (low), 0.5 mu M (medium), 10 mu M (high) doses were used to induce toxicity, while 120 mu m quercetin was used for treatment. MTT and LDH analyses were performed to determine the effect of arsenic and quercetin on cell viability, while oxidative stress markers and antioxidant enzyme activities were measured by spectrophotometric method. TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta levels were measured by the ELISA method, Autodock programs were used for molecular docking studies. In addition, computer-based analyses of quercetin and succimer molecules were performed using SwissADME web tools. TNF-alpha (PDB ID: 2AZ5), IL-1 beta (PDB ID: 1ITB), Caspase3 (PDB ID: 2XYG), Bax (PDB ID: 4S0O), SOD (PDB ID:1CBJ), GSH-Px (PDB ID: 1GP1) and Bcl-2 (PDB ID: 1G5M) crystal structures were obtained from the Protein Data Bank. Bax and Bcl-2 levels of apoptotic genes and mRNA expression levels of Caspase-3 activity were measured using the QRT-PCR technique. TUNEL staining was performed to determine DNA fragmentations, while DAPI staining was done to visualise nuclear modifications. Quercetin has been found to significantly reduce oxidative stress, inflammation, and apoptosis in cells and exert anti-apoptotic effects. Molecular docking studies revealed quercetin shows good binding affinity with molecules with SOD, GSH-Px, Bax, Bcl-2, Caspase-3, TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta structures, and has been observed to bind with Bax and Bcl-2 with molecular docking scores of -7.5 and - 7.7 kcal/mol, respectively. These findings are supported by results showing that quercetin is effective in anti-apoptotic and anti-inflammatory processes in arsenic-induced cells under in vitro conditions. Mardin Artuklu University / Mardin Artuklu ÜniversitesiThis study aimed to investigate the efficacy of manual therapy and exercise versus synchronized telerehabilitation with self-manual therapy and exercise in treating Subacromial Pain Syndrome (SAPS). Sixty individuals diagnosed with SPS, aged 18-50 years, were randomly assigned to home exercise (HE), manual therapy (MT), and telerehabilitation (TR) groups. Treatment protocols were administered over 8 weeks and included specific exercises and therapy interventions. Outcome measures included the Visual Pain Scale (VAS), shoulder range of motion (ROM) via goniometric measurements, Quick Disability Arm-Shoulder-Hand Problems Survey (Q-DASH), and patient satisfaction. Results revealed that both MT and TR groups exhibited reduced pain, increased ROM, lower Q-DASH scores, and higher patient satisfaction than the HE group. However, no significant differences were found between the MT and TR groups regarding pain levels, ROM, Q-DASH scores, or patient satisfaction. The study concludes that both telerehabilitation and manual therapy effectively alleviate pain and are well-received by patients with SPS. Mardin Artuklu University / Mardin Artuklu ÜniversitesiObjective: The main purpose of this study was to evaluate and compare the in -hospital, 1 -month and 1 -year post -procedure outcomes of patients treated with Evolut-R 34 mm and Evolut-R 23/26/29 mm devices. Additionally, the study aimed to identify factors that could predict the occurrence of >= mild paravalvular leaks (PVL). Methods: Between April 2015 and May 2022, 269 consecutive patients who underwent transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) with Evolut-R 34 mm (n = 66, 24.5%) and Evolut-R 23/26/29 mm (n = 203, 75.5%) devices in a single center were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Patients in the Evolut-R 34 mm group had a lower female sex ratio (16.7% vs. 66.5%, P < .001, respectively), ejection fraction (50.7 +/- 10.1% vs. 54.5 +/- 9.3%, P = .016, respectively), and mean aortic gradient (7.4 +/- 3.3 vs. 9.2 +/- 5.0, P = .026, respectively) compared to the Evolut-R 23/26/29 mm group. The groups did not exhibit any statistically significant distinctions with regard to technical success, the need for a permanent pacemaker, occurrences of stroke, major vascular complications, PVL, major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, or mortality. Peak velocity was confirmed as a significant pre- dictor of >= mild PVL in both patient groups in the receiver operating characteristic curve analysis. In logistic regression analysis; In patients with Evolut-R 34 mm valve, pre-TAVI aortic valve peak velocity (odds ratio (OR) = 23.202; P = .019) and calcium volume 800 Hounsfield Units (mm(3)) (OR = 1.017; P < .001) were independent predictors of >= mild PVL. Conclusion: The Evolut-R 34 mm valve has shown comparable in -hospital results with smaller valve sizes. Materials and methods: The population of this cross-sectional study was composed of 383 patients presented to the Eye Bank unit of a University Hospital after corneal transplantation. Sample size of 193 patients was calculated with 0.5 power, a margin of error of 5%, representing 95% of the universe. The data were collected through face-to-face interviews with the patients by the researcher and the study was completed with 178 patients in September - November 2022. The data were collected using a Patient Information Form, the Body Image Scale, and the General Self-Efficacy Scale. Parametric tests, Pearson Correlation, Student's T-test, and One-Way Analysis of Variance tests were performed were used in the data analysis. Results: It was determined that the mean Body Image Scale score of the transplant patients participating in the study was 159.41 ± 36.99 and the mean Self-Efficacy Scale score was 30.37±8.31. When the comparison of the mean scores was examined, the difference between the mean scores of gender, marital status, occupation, and body image scale was statistically significant (P < .05), while the difference between the self-efficacy mean scores was not statistically significant (P > .05). Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 264 patients who underwent transfemoral-approach transcatheter aortic valve replacement with self-expandable valve at our hospital between August 2015 and August 2022. These patients underwent multislice computer tomography scans to evaluate AA. Transcatheter aortic valve replacement endpoints, device success, and clinical events were assessed according to the definitions provided by the Valve Academic Research Consortium -3. Cumulative events included paravalvular leak, permanent pacemaker implantation, new-onset stroke, and in -hospital mortality. Patients were divided into two groups, AA <= 48(degrees) and AA > 48(degrees), based on the mean AA measurement (48.3 +/- 8.8) on multislice computer tomography. Results: Multivariable logistic regression analysis was performed to identify predictors of cumulative events, utilizing variables with a P-value < 0.2 obtained from univariable logistic regression analysis, including AA, age, hypertension, chronic renal failure, and heart failure. AA (odds ratio [OR]: 1.73, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.89-3.38, P=0.104), age (OR: 1.04, 95% CI: 0.99-1.10, P=0.099), hypertension (OR: 1.66, 95% CI: 0.82-3.33, P=0.155), chronic renal failure (OR: 1.82, 95% CI: 0.92-3.61, P=0.084), and heart failure (OR: 0.57, 95% CI: 0.27-1.21, P=0.145) were not found to be significantly associated with cumulative events in the multivariable logistic regression analysis. Carvacrol (CAR), a naturally occurring flavonoid in plants, exhibits various biological and pharmacological activities, including antiinflammatory, antioxidant, and anticancer properties. This study aimed to investigate the potential effects of CAR on testicular tissue damage induced by diabetes, which was modeled by Streptozotocin (STZ) administration. Thirty-two male Wistar albino rats were divided into four groups: Group 1: Control (n=8), Group 2: DM (n=8), Group 3: DM+DMSO (0.1 % dimethyl sulfoxide) (n=8), and Group 4: DM+CAR (20 mg/kg) (n=8). Diabetes was induced by a single intraperitoneal STZ injection (50 mg/kg). Histological changes were assessed using Hematoxylin-Eosin (H&E) staining and the Johnsen scoring system. Apoptosis was evaluated through immunohistochemical staining for the mitochondrial apoptosis markers Bax and Bcl-2, as well as RT-qPCR analysis of their gene expression levels. Fibrosis assessment involved Masson-Trichrome staining and RT-qPCR analysis of mRNA levels for the COL1A1 and COL3A1 genes. Additionally, Total Oxidant Status (TOS), Total Antioxidant Status (TAS), Oxidative Stress Index (OSI), and C-Reactive Protein (CRP) levels were measured in testicular tissue. CAR treatment significantly improved histological alterations associated with diabetes-induced testicular damage. DM was found to increase Bax levels while reducing Bcl-2 levels, whereas CAR reduced Bax levels and increased Bcl-2 gene and protein expression. TOS and OSI levels were elevated in the DM group, whereas TAS levels increased in the DM+CAR group. No significant differences in CRP levels were observed between the groups. Method: In accordance with the purpose of the study, volunteers were asked to consume 100 ml of the extract every morning for 29 days. Three tubes of blood samples were taken from the volunteers on the 15th and 29th days of the study. Biochemical and hematological analysis of the blood samples were performed and immunomodulatory effects through cytokines were examined. The values obtained from 3 tubes of blood obtained from volunteers before the use of mushroom extract were used as control. The chemical composition and beta-glucan content of 100 ml of mushroom water extract were also analyzed. Result: IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 and IL-13 could not be detected because the values were below the lowest standard value. TNF-alpha, IFN-gamma and IL-1 beta 15th and 29th day values decreased compared to the 1st day (control) values (p < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference observed between the 15th and 29th day. No abnormalities were observed in biochemical and hematological values. Also, the beta-glucan content of extract was found 38.12 mg/100 ml. Conclusion: The frequency range of kidney and liver function test results confirmed that P. osreatus is a reliable food source. Considering the cytokine values these results indicate that P. ostreatus water extract has an anti-inflammatory effect. As no significant difference was observed in 29 days of use, it is thought that 15 days of daily consumption of the extract may be sufficient for the anti-inflammatory effect to occur. Our study aimed to evaluate the relationship between HALP score and prognosis in non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) patients. Methods Between 1 January 2020 and 1 January 2022, 568 consecutive patients diagnosed with NSTEMI from a single center were included in the study retrospectively. The patients were divided into two equal groups according to the median HALP cutoff value of 44.05. Patients were followed for at least 1 year from the date of admission. Results The average age of the patients was 62.3 +/- 10.6 years and 43.7% were female. In-hospital and 1-year mortality were found to be significantly higher in the group with low HALP scores (6.0 vs. 2.1%, P = 0.019 and 22.5 vs. 9.9%, P < 0.001, respectively). In receiver operating characteristic curve analysis, a cutoff level of 34.6 of the HALP score predicted 1-year mortality with 71% sensitivity and 65% specificity (area under the curve: 0.707, 95% confidence interval: 0.651-0.762, P < 0.001). In Kaplan-Meier analysis, higher mortality rates were observed over time in the group with lower HALP scores (log-rank test=16.767, P < 0.001). In Cox regression analysis, the HALP score was found to be an independent predictor of 1-year mortality (odds ratio: 0.969, 95% confidence interval: 0.958-0.981, P < 0.001). The first-line medication preference of specialists depends on personal experience and is variable. In this study, we evaluate the treatment results of pediatric patients who were treated with valproic acid (VPA). The medical records of 17 patients diagnosed with SC were reviewed retrospectively. The mean time to clinical improvement was found as approximately 5 days, the mean duration of remission as 13.60 & PLUSMN; 3.94 weeks and the mean duration of medication use was found as 17.96 & PLUSMN; 3.81 weeks. No side effects were observed in any of the patients and relapse occurred in 2 patients. A positive correlation was found between the initial C-reactive protein (CRP) level and the duration of medication use. METHODS: Twenty-four male rats were randomized into three groups. Group 1 served as the control group. Group 2 underwent the priapism model to induce ischemia-reperfusion injury. Group 3, the treatment group, experienced a similar ischemia-reper fusion model as Group 2; additionally, 50 mg/kg of ketamine was administered intraperitoneally just before reperfusion. Blood biochemical analyses and penile histopathological evaluations were performed. RESULTS: In Group 3, significant improvements were observed in all histopathological scores, including desquamation, edema, inflammation, and vasocongestion compared to Group 2 (p<0.001). Blood biochemical analyses showed that the malondialdehyde (MDA) levels were recorded as 10 in Group 2, with a significant decrease in Group 3 (p=0.013). Similarly, proinflammatory cytokine levels, including interleukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha), were found to be suppressed in Group 3 compared to Group 2 (p=0.003, p=0.022, and p=0.028, respectively). Antioxidant enzyme activities, such as glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), were higher in Group 3 compared to Group 2 (p=0.016 and p=0.024, respectively). Mardin Artuklu University / Mardin Artuklu ÜniversitesiThe studies implemented with Electroencephalogram (EEG) signals are progressing very rapidly and brain computer interfaces (BCI) and disease determinations are carried out at certain success rates thanks to new methods developed in this field. The effective use of these signals, especially in disease detection, is very important in terms of both time and cost. Currently, in general, EEG studies are used in addition to conventional methods as well as deep learning networks that have recently achieved great success. The most important reason for this is that in conventional methods, increasing classification accuracy is based on too many human efforts as EEG is being processed, obtaining the features is the most important step. This stage is based on both the time-consuming and the investigation of many feature methods. Therefore, there is a need for methods that do not require human effort in this area and can learn the features themselves. Based on that, two-dimensional (2D) frequency-time scalograms were obtained in this study by applying Continuous Wavelet Transform to EEG records containing five different classes. Convolutional Neural Network structure was used to learn the properties of these scalogram images and the classification performance of the structure was compared with the studies in the literature. In order to compare the performance of the proposed method, the data set of the University of Bonn was used. The data set consists of five EEG records containing healthy and epilepsy disease which are labeled as A, B, C, D, and E. In the study, A-E and B-E data sets were classified as 99.50%, A-D and B-D data sets were classified as 100% in binary classifications, A-D-E data sets were 99.00% in triple classification, A-C-D-E data sets were 90.50%, B-C-D-E data sets were 91.50% in quaternary classification, and A-B-C-D-E data sets were in the fifth class classification with an accuracy of 93.60%.
