Program iş hayatının sevk ve idaresi ile kamu yönetiminde yönetime yardımcı olacak veya kendi adına iş yeri açıp çalıştırabilecek, nitelikli ara insan gücü yetiştirmeyi amaçlayan dört yarı yıllık bir yüksek öğretim programıdır. İşletme programında dersler temel bilgi ve becerileri vermeye yöneliktir. Son yılda öğrenciler meslekleriyle ilgili staj yaparak bilgi ve becerilerini pratikte uygulama fırsatı bulurlar.
