Abstract
Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi makarnalık buğday için en elveriGli ekolojiye sahip bir bölgemiz olmakla birlikte yetiGtirme tekniklerinden biri olan gübrelemenin çiftçilerimiz tarafından yanlıG ve bilinçsizce yapılmasından ötürü hala verim ve kalite istenilen düzeye ulaGılamamıGtır. Yüksek verimli ve kaliteli ürünler elde etmek için uygun çeGit yetiGtirmenin yanında yetiGtirme döneminde en uygun yetiGtirme Gartlarının sağlanması ile mümkün olmaktadır. Bunlardan biri de bitkinin ihtiyaç duyduğu makro ve mikro besinlerin eksiksiz olarak uygulanmasıdır. Bu çalıGma içerisinde makro ve mikro besin elementlerini birlikte içeren Sıvı gübrenin makarnalık buğdayın verim, verim unsurları ve kalite özelliklerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüGtür. ÇalıGma 2020-2021 yetiGtirme sezonunda, Mardin ili Kızıltepe ilçesi Çağıl köyünde, çiftçi koGullarında, 3 adet makarnalık buğday çeGidinde (Sümerli, Güneyyıldızı, Burgos) sıvı gübre uygulama dozunun etkisi araGtırılmıGtır. Deneme Tesadüf Blokları Deneme Desenine göre 4 tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüGtür. ÇalıGmada; baGaklanma süresi, metrekarede baGak sayısı, bitki boyu, baGak uzunluğu, baGakta baGakçık sayısı, baGakta tane sayısı, baGak verimi, bin tane ağırlığı, hektolitre ağırlığı, tane verimi, tanede camsılık oranı, protein oranı ve yaG gluten oranı parametreleri incelenmiGtir. Bu parametrelerden metrekarede baGak sayısı (368-439 adet), bitki boyu (97-107 cm), baGak uzunluğu (7.4-7.7cm), baGak verimi (25.2-26.0 g/baGak), hektolitre ağırlığı (81.6-83.8 kg/hl), protein oranı (11.8-14.0), yaG glüten oranı (30.6-35.6) ve tane veriminin (536.7-628.9 kg/da) Sıvı gübre uygulamasının etkisi istatistiki açıdan önemli bulunmuG olup diğer parametreler üzerine etkisi önemli bulunmamıGtır. Genel olarak bakıldığında araGtırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre sıvı gübre uygulamasının makarnalık buğdaya etkisi önemli bulunmuGtur.
Although the Southeastern Anatolia Region is a region with the most favourable ecology for durum wheat, the desired level of yield and quality has still not been reached due to the wrong and unconscious fertilization of one of the cultivation techniques by our farmers. In addition to growing suitable varieties to obtain high yield and quality products, it is possible to provide the most suitable growing conditions during the growing period. One of them is the complete application of macro and micro nutrients needed by the plant. In this study, it was carried out to determine the effect of lquid fertilizer containing macro and micro nutrients together on yield, yield components and quality characteristics of durum wheat. The effect of the application dose of Sıvı fertilizer was investigated on 3 durum wheat cultivars (Sümerli, Güneyyıldızı, Burgos), in the farmer conditions in Çağıl village of Kızıltepe district of Mardin province in the 2020-2021 growing season. The experiment was carried out according to the Random Blocks Trial Design with 4 replications. In the study; The parameters of earing time, spike number per square meter, plant height, spike length, number of spikelets per spike, number of grains per spike, spike yield, thousand grain weight, hectoliter weight, grain yield, vitreousness per grain, protein content and wet gluten content were investigated. These parameters are the number of spikes per square meter (368-436 pieces), plant heighgt (97-107 cm), spike length (7.4-7.7 cm), spike yield (25.2-26.0 g/spike), hectolitre weight (81.6-83.8 kg/hl), protein ratio (11.8-14.0), wet gluten ratio (30.6-35.6) and grain yield (536.7-628.9 kg/da) were found to be statistically significant and the effect of liquid fertilizer application was not significant on other parameters. In general, according to the results obtained from the research, the effect of liquid fertilizer application on durum wheat was found to be significant.
