Abstract

Hastalığın bu dünyadaki Allah'ın kanunlarından biri olduğu ve yaşayan her insan üzerinde sabit ve geçeren olan gerçeklerden hareketle, bu tez, İslam'da hastalığın evrelerini ve faydalarını gözden geçirerek, davranış ve hastalığın İslami kavramdaki anlamını tanımlamaya geldi. Hasta Müslümanı bilgilendirmeyi ve hastalık halinde onu İslam şeriatının hükümlerine uygun yasal davranışa yönlendirmeyi amaçlayan, Bu tezin hasta Müslümanın meşru davranışlarını böldüğü yer: Vacib Davranışlar, Mustehab Davranışları, Haram davranışları, Mekruh davranışları, ve Mubah davranışları. Peygamber'den gelen sahih hadislere dayanmaktadır. Tanımlayıcı, analitik, tümevarımsal ve ampirik bir yaklaşımla tartışıldı. Bu, Rasûlullah (s.a.v.)'in hidayetini bilmek ve hastalık halinde onun sünnetine uymayı yanı sıra.
Proceeding from the fact that sickness is one of God's laws in this world and from its past fixed facts on every living thing, This message came to define the meaning of behavior and disease in the Islamic concept, Indicating the stages of illness in Islam and its benefits, Aiming at informing the sick Muslim and directing him in case of illness to the legal behavior that is in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia. Where this message divided the legitimate behaviors of the sick Muslim into: Obligatory Behaviors, Preferred Behaviors, Forbidden Behaviors, Disliked Behaviors, Permitted Behaviors. This is based on what was narrated from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, of authentic hadiths and discuss them using a descriptive, analytical, inductive and empirical approach, in order to know the guidance of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and to follow his Sunnah in the event of illness.
