Abstract
Bu çalışma, Diyarbakır ekolojik koşullarında farklı çinko dozlarının kırmızı mercimek (Lens culinaris Medic.) çeşitlerinin verim ve verim unsurları üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek amacıyla 2019-2020 ekim sezonunda yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada materyal olarak GAP Uluslararası Tarımsal Araştırma ve Eğitim Merkezi tarafından tescil edilen Atacan, Fırat-87 ve Şanlıbey kırmızı mercimek çeşitleriyle, 0, 1, 2 ve 3 kg/da çinko gübre dozları kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada tarla denemesi tesadüf bloklarında bölünmüş parseller deneme deseni göre üç tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Denemenin ana parsellerine çeşitler alt parsellerine ise çinko dozları yerleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; biyolojik verim, hasat indeksi ve saman verimi özelliklerinde çeşitler, çinko dozları ve çeşit*çinko dozu interaksiyonları istatiksel olarak önemli bulunurken, bitki boyu, ilk bakla yüksekliği ve ana dal sayısı özelliklerinde sadece çeşitler, tane verimi ve bitkide bakla sayısı özelliklerinde ise sadece çinko dozları önemli bulunmuştur. Ayrıca araştırmada incelenen özelliklerin kırmızı mercimek çeşitleri ve uygulanan çinko gübre dozları arasında aşağıdaki aralıklarda değişim gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Bitki boyu 30.3-49.30 cm, ilk bakla yüksekliği 11.00-27.30 cm, ana dal sayısı 1.7 ile 2.3, bitkide bakla sayısı 35.3 ile 55.7 adet, biyolojik verim 380 ve 827 kg/da, saman verimi 264 ve 665 kg/da ve hasat indeksi 14.6 ve 32.6 (%) Araştırma sonucuna göre Diyarbakır ekolojik koşullarında Fırat-87 kırmızı mercimek çeşidinin diğer çeşitlerden daha verimli olduğu, artan çinko gübre dozlarının ise çeşitlerin tane verimlerinde düşüşlere neden olduğu belirlenmiştir.
This study was conducted to determine the effect of different zinc ferilizer doses on yield and yield components of red lentil cultivars (Lens culinaris Medic.) in Diyarbakır ecological conditions in the 2019-2020 growing season. As a material in the research, Atacan, Fırat-87 and Şanlıbey red lentil varieties, registered by GAP International Agricultural Research and Training Center (GAPIARTC) and 0, 1, 2 and 3 kg/da zinc fertilizer doses were used. The field experiment of the study was set up according to the Split Plots in Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications. In the experiment, the lentil cultivars were placed in the main plots, and zinc doses were placed in the sub-plots. According to the results of the research; cultivars, zinc doses and cultivar*zinc dose interactions were found to be statistically significant (P<0.05) for biological yield, harvest index and straw yield traits, while only cultivars were found to be statistically significant (P<0.05) for plant height, first pod height and main stem numbers traits. Additionally, zinc doses were found to be statistically significant for seed yield, number of pods per plant traits. Furthermore; it was determined that the investigated traits in the study varied in the following intervals between the red lentil varieties and the applied zinc fertilizer doses. Plant height 30.3-49.30 cm, first pod height 11.00-27.30 cm, main stem numbers 1.7-2.3, number of pods per plant 35.3-5.7, biological yield 380-827 kg/da, straw yield 264-665 kg/da and harvest index 14.6-32.6 (%) The results of the research revealed that Fırat-87 red lentil cultivar was more superior than the other cultivars in Diyarbakır ecological conditions, and that increasing zinc fertilizer doses caused a decrease in the seed yield of the lentil cultivars.
