Abstract
Mardin Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüğü'nde görev yapmakta olan çalışanların dönüşümcü liderlik bağlamında iş tatmini düzeylerinin incelenmesi çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın evrenini Mardin Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüğünde çalışan 408 personel oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, çalışanların "dönüşümcü liderlik" düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 20 soruluk ve "iş tatmini" düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 10 soruluk olmak üzere iki anket 120 erkek ve 33 kadın çalışana uygulamıştır. Çalışmamızda duyan 2019 tarafından geliştirilen dönüşümcü liderlik ve iş tatmini ölçekleri uygulamıştır. Elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamında değerlendirilmiştir. Normallik testi sonuçlarına göre verilerin normal bir dağılım gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Betimleyici araştırma deseninin kullanıldığı araştırmanın verileri parametrik özellik içerdiğinden t-testi, anova testi ve korelasyon testleri uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda dönüşümcü liderliğin iş tatmini üzerinde olumlu yönde etkisi olduğu ve dönüşümcü liderlik düzeyi arttıkça iş tatmini oranının da arttığı görülmektedir. Bunun yanı sıra çalışanların cinsiyet eğitim durumu ve çalışma yılı durumları ile dönüşümcü liderlik arasında anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Diğer değişkenlerin dönüşümcü liderlik ve iş tatmini üzerinde anlamlı bir farklılık oluşturmadığı belirlenmiştir.
The aim of the study is to examine the job satisfaction levels of the employees working in the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports in Mardin in the context of transformational leadership. The population of the research consists of 408 personnel working in the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports in Mardin. In this study, two questionnaires consisting of 20 questions to determine the "transformational leadership" levels of the employees and 10 questions to determine the "job satisfaction" levels were applied to 120 male and 33 female employees. In our study, transformational leadership and job satisfaction scales developed by Duy 2019 were applied. The data obtained were evaluated in the computer environment and it was determined that the data showed a normal distribution according to the results of the normality test. Since the data of the study, in which descriptive research design was used, contain parametric properties, t-test, anova test and correlation tests were applied. As a result of the analyzes made, it is seen that transformational leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction and as the level of transformational leadership increases, the rate of job satisfaction also increases. In addition, a significant difference was found between the gender education and working years of the employees and the transformational leadership. It was determined that other variables did not make a significant difference on transformational leadership and job satisfaction.
