Abstract
It is a fact that the subject of love is evaluated in different contexts. One aspect of this reality is sensual love, which can be called worldly love. We need to express that sensual love, which is not sometimes considered love, is a reality from which a person can’t escape. In this context, we tried to analyze the description and analysis of sensual love by examining Søren Kierkegaard’s The Seducer’s Diary. We aim to make an evaluation of the source of sensual love, its widespread effect, its dead ends, and its consequences. In this respect, it is a matter of examining what sensuality means, which Kierkegaard frequently deals with in the aesthetic existence phase, and discussing how this is possible.
