Türk eğitim sisteminin kademelendirilmesinin 4+4+4 bağlamında incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, eğitim kademelendirmesini 4+4+4 bağlamında çözümlemektir. Bu kapsamda eğitim kademelendirilmesinin nedenlerini anlamak ve getiriliş nedenlerini, arka planını ve bunun ihtiyacı karşılama düzeyini öğretmenlerin ve okul idarecilerinin görüşlerinden yararlanarak belirlemek hedeflenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları 4+4+4 sisteminden etkilenen bütün kesimler için sistemi daha iyi görebilme ve anlayabilme fırsatı sağlayacak olup özellikle eğitime yön veren eğitim bilimciler ve politika yapıcılar açısından örnek teşkil edecektir. Çalışma, nitel bir çalışma olup olgu bilim (fenomenoloji) araştırma deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Eskişehir ilinde amaçlı örneklemin maksimum çeşitlilik yöntemi ile seçilmiş öğretmenler ve okul yöneticileri oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından yüz yüze ve online görüşmelerle toplanmış olup içerik analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Veri analizinden elde edilen bulgular; 4+4+4 eğitim kademelendirmesi, okula başlama yaşı ve 1.sınıfta farklı yaş gruplarının aynı sınıfta eğitim alması yönüyle pedagojik açıdan uygun olmadığı, eğitim alanındaki değişikliklere eğitim uzmanları ve uygulayıcılarından çok ülkeyi yöneten kişilerin siyasi görüşünün etkili olduğu sonucunu göstermektedir.

The purpose of this research; to analyze the educational grading in the context of 4+4+4. In this context, it has been tried to understand the reasons for educational grading and to determine the reasons for its introduction, its background and the level of meeting the needs by using the opinions of teachers and school administrators. The results of the research will provide the opportunity to see and understand the system better for all segments affected by the 4+4+4 system and will set an example for politicians and educational scientists who direct education. This is qualitative research and phenomenology research design has been used. The study group consisted of maximum variety method teachers and school administrators in Eskişehir province. İn order to collect data in the research, a semi-structured interview form developed by the research has been used. The datas has been collected through face to face and online interviews and analyzed through the method of content analysis. Data analysis findings show that 4+4+4 education system is not pedogogically appropriate in terms of the school starting age and the education of diffirent age groups in the same class in the fisrt grade and the political opinions of the country's rulers is more effective than educational experts and practitioners in the changes of education field.
