Abstract
Sünnet, Hz.Peygamber'in (s.a.v) söz, fiil ve onayları (takrirleri) demek olup İslam düşüncesinin Kura'an-ı Kerim'den sonra teşrî' de ikinci ana kaynağını teşkil etmektedir. Hz.Peygamberin (s.a.v) ferdi-ictimai, maddi-manevi hükümleriyle dolu teşri' kıldığı hükümler vardır.
Sunnah means what the Prophet said, did and approved on. Besides, the Sunnah is the second source of legislation in Islam after Quran. The individual, social, material and moral judgements of the Prophet are full of legislation. One of them which Muslim are required of is Fast-breaking Charity. In this research we gathered the transmissions related to the Fast-breaking Charity from the Six Reliable Collection of Hadith. Then we explained how the Doctrines (Madh'habs) took the judgements from these transmissions. In addition, we explained how the Doctrines (Madh'habs) differed about it, how they differed and the evidences of them. We extract all of that from the books of the Four Schools.
