Mardin İl Merkezinde Toplu Taşıma Aracı Kullanan Şoförlerin İlk Yardım Bilgi Düzeylerinin Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Mardin il merkezinde toplu taşıma aracını kullanan şoförlerin ilk yardım bilgi düzeylerinin araştırılmasıdır. Tanımlayıcı olarak yapılan araştırmanın örneklemini 100 şoför oluşturmaktadır. İşleri gereği vardiyalı sistemde çalışmaları ve sürekli yerlerinin değişken olmasından dolayı tüm şoförlere ulaşılamamıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında Demografik veriler ve İlk Yardım sorularından oluşan anket formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS 22.0 programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılanların % 44’ü ilk yardım eğitimi aldığını, % 56’sı ise eğitim almadığını belirtmiştir. Acil tıbbi bir durumda aranacak telefon numarası sorusuna eğitim alanların % 100’ü ve eğitim almayanların ise % 98.2’si doğru cevap vermiştir. Eğitim alanların en fazla doğru cevap verdiği diğer soru ise elektrik çarpması sırasında ilk olarak yapılacak müdahaleyi, en fazla yanlış cevap verdikleri soru kalbi duran bir kişiye dakikada en az kaç kez kalp masajı yapılmalıdır sorusu olmuştur. Eğitim almayanların en fazla doğru cevapladığı diğer soru ise elektrik çarpması sırasında ilk olarak yapılacak uygulama sorusu olmuştur. Eğitim almayanların en fazla yanlış cevapladığı soru burun kanaması olan kişiye yapılacak uygulama sorusu olmuştur. Sorulara verilen cevaplara baktığımızda ilk yardım bilgi düzeyinin eğitim alan ve eğitim almayanlarda yetersiz olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu eksikliklerin gerekli ilk yardım eğitimlerinin düzenlenerek giderilmesi gerektiği önerilmektedir.

The aim of this research is to investigate the level of first aid knowledge of the public transportation drivers in the city center of Mardin. The sample of the descriptive research is 100 drivers. All the drivers could not be reached due to their work in shift and constantly changing position. A questionnaire which constitutes of demographic data and first aid questions was used for collecting data. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 program. While 44% of the respondents expressed that they received first aid training, 56% of those stated that they did not. 100% of those who received training and 98.2% of those who did not receive training respond correctly the question of which phone number need to be dialed in caseof a medical emergency situation. Another question is that the trainees gave the most correct answers was the first intervention to be performed during the electric shock and the question they gave most wrong answers was the question of at least how many times perminute a heart massage should be applied to a person whose heart stops. The first intervention to be made during the electric shock was the other question that those who did not get training answered most correctly. The question that the person who did not get training gave the most wrong answer was the intervention to the person with nosebleed. When the answers given to the questions were examined, it was determined that the level of first aid knowledge was insufficient in both those who received training and those who did not receive training. It is suggested that these deficiencies need to be corrected by organizing the first aid training.
