SOSYAL KELAM BAĞLAMINDA BİREYSEL VE TOPLUMSAL BARIŞIN İNŞASINDA KUR’AN’IN TEMEL KRİTERLERİ

Abstract

Toplumsal bir varlık olan insan, birlikte yaşamanın koşullarını oluşturmak için tarih boyunca pek çok teori geliştirmiş ve dünyanın değişik coğrafyalarında farklı sosyal ve siyasal uygulamalarda bulunmuştur. Devlet denilen kavram, bu birlikte yaşamı düzenlemenin zorunlu bir uygulaması olarak var olmuştur. Bireylerin ve toplumların barış içerisinde birlikte yaşayabilmeleri ve tabiatta mevcut kaynakları adil ve eşit bir biçimde bölüşebilmeleri için insanların uzun dönemler yaşamlarıyla oluşturdukları tecrübeler, birlikte yaşamın temel kriterlerini oluşturmada önemli bir etken olmuştur. Bununla birlikte tarih boyunca inananlar tarafından esas alınan dini metinler ve mesajı getiren peygamberlerin uygulamaları da bir başka temel etkendir. Bu makalede politik felsefeye girmeden yalnızca Kur'an'ın toplumsal barışı sağlamada sunduğu öneriler ve bu konuda belirlenen temel prensipler işlenecektir. Konunun anlaşılır olmasını sağlamak için merkez işlevini gören insana dair Kur'an'ın değinilerine yer verilecektir. Zira insan tabiatı anlaşılmadan "barış" kavramının anlaşılması olası değildir

As social creatures, human beings have developed many theories and have performed various social and political practices in different parts of the world throughout history with a view to build the conditions of coexistence. The term coined state has been a necessary implementation of the arrangement of coexistence. The experiences humans formed through long periods so that individuals and people can live together in peace and people can share resources available in the nature fairly and equally have been of great importance in determining fundamental criteria of coexistence. Furthermore, religious texts taken as basis by believers, and the practices of prophets are some other factors, as well. In this article, the advices the Quran suggests in providing social peace and the main principles designated for this point are to be studied without getting involved in political philosophy. In order to make the subject clearer, the aspect of Quran on human being - the central agent- is to be discussed as the peace cannot be perceived unless human nature is understood
