Abstract
Bu kapsamlı bilimsel çalışma, Gaziantep şehrinde gıda hizmetleri alanında uzmanlaşmış küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerin yönetiminin geliştirilmesi üzerinde beşeri sermaye verimliliğinin etkisini analiz etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma, bu sektördeki 317 bireysel girişimci ve işçi de dahil olmak üzere geniş bir katılımcı örneklemini içeriyordu. Sonuçlar, olumlu hipotezleri açıkça doğrulayarak, insan sermayesi verimliliğinin bu projelerin geliştirilmesini ve yerel ve küresel pazardaki başarılarını teşvik etmedeki önemli rolünü doğruladı. Bu verimlilik sadece kendisi ile sınırlı kalmayıp finansal destek, modern teknolojilerin kullanımı ve işçilerin eğitimi gibi destekleyici faktörleri de içerecek şekilde genişlemiştir, çünkü bu faktörlerin insan sermayesi verimliliğinin pazardaki, özellikle gıda hizmetleri alanındaki projelerin başarısı ve sürdürülebilirliği üzerindeki etkisinin artırılmasına önemli ölçüde katkıda bulunduğu gösterilmiştir.
This comprehensive scientific study was conducted to analyze the effect of human capital productivity on the development of the management of small and medium-sized enterprises specialized in the field of food services in the city of Gaziantep. The study involved a large sample of participants, including 317 people from project owners and workers in this sector. The results clearly showed that the hypotheses were positively confirmed and highlighted the important role of human capital competence in promoting the development of these projects and their success in the local and global market. The importance of this competence has not only been limited to itself, but has also been extended to include supporting factors such as financial support, the use of modern technologies and staff training, as it has been found that these factors contribute significantly to increasing the impact of human capital competence on the success and sustainability of projects in the market, especially in the field of foodservices.
