Abstract

Öz: Araştırma, Hanefilerin ahâd hadisi reddetmede dayanak olarak ileri sürdükleri meseleler ile onunla amel etmeme konusunda ihticâc ettikleri illetler hususunda her meseleye terettüp eden bazı örnekler eşliğinde fakihlerin görüşlerini ve delillerini açıklayarak söz konusu gerekçelerin hadise muhalefette ne kadar muteber olduklarını hâvîdir. Araştırma bir mukaddime, giriş, iki temel bölüm ve bir sonuçtan müteşekkildir. Mukaddime: konunun önemi, seçme sebepleri, konu hakkında geçen çalışmalar, araştırmanın zorlukları, yöntemi ve sınırlılıkları. Giriş: âlimlerin sünnetle amele dair istekleri, ahâd haber ve onunla amel etmenin hükmü, ilim mi zan mı ifade ettiği, sünnetin Kur'an'a arzı meselesi ile bu husustaki âlimlerin görüşleri ve İmam Şatibî'ye göre haberin taksimi gibi hususlar. Birinci Bölüm: Usule muhalefet illetiyle Hanefîler'in hadisi reddettikleri meseleler kapsamında Kur'an-ı Kerim'e muhalefet, meşhur sünnete muhalefet, haberin kıyasla tearüzü, nassa ziyade. İkinci Bölüm: Rivayetindeki herhangi bir şüpheden dolayı Hanefîler'in hadisi reddetmelerine sebep olan meseleler kapsamında umûmu'l-belvâ, râvînin kendi rivayetine muhalefeti, sahabenin haberle amel etmeyi terk etmesi ve haberle ilgili ihtilafları, haberin hadlerle ilgili vürudu ve şüphelerden dolayı sakıt olması. Sonuç: En önemli sonuçlar ve tavsiyeler.

This research focuses on the fundamental issues that the Hanafis rejected the solitary report and the arguments they invoked for not acting on them. This research also shows the extent to which it can be relied upon to oppose the Hadiths, clarifying the Faqihs' statements and evidences. The research also talks about the practical examples of their disagreements on each issue. It has appeared in our time who calls for the belief of all the Hadiths without reference to the statements of the high-value Faqihs and compliance with their rules. As a result, any researcher in these issues finds that there is an integrated approach to maintaining the Sunnah habitual practice) and working with the Hadiths.) The Hanafi doctrines have always been considered to take the view and abandon the Hadiths. This has become a kind of truism, so this research demonstrates this accusation and highlights the valuable approach they took dealing with the solitary report. I mentioned in the first section issues relevant to this research and in the second section I presented the issues that the Hanafis rejected the Hadiths using their arguments that violate the fundamentals. Then, in the third section I talked about the issues that the Hanafis used to reject the Hadiths due to the suspicion of the Hadiths' narrations. Finally, I concluded the research with the most important findings and recommendations.
