Bilge Karasu’nun Gece romanında estetize edilmiş unsurlar

Abstract

Bilge Karasu’ya göre her edebi eser, onu yazan, okuyan ve eserin kahramanları için bir yolculuktur. Bilge Karasu’nun dil işçiliğini gösterdiği ve en komplike metinlerinden biri olan Gece romanında, okuyucu çıktığı yolculukta son derece güçlük çeker. Metnin bu kompleks yapısının yanında metnin anlamsal boyutunda ise okuyucu derin bir karamsarlıkla karşı karşıyadır. Kitabın isminden itibaren okuyucu bu karamsar ve kaotik ortama çekilir. Fakat Gece’nin karanlığını delen ve okuyucunun yolunu aydınlatan bazı estetize edilmiş unsurların Karasu tarafından metne serpiştirildiği görülür. Yazar, dil olgusunu, insanı, insanlar içinde de aydın/entelektüel kesimi ve bazı doğa unsurlarını estetize ederek okura sunar.Bilge Karasu indicates that every literal work is a journey for the writer, the reader even for the protagonist. The reader has extreme difficulty in his/her journey in the novel named “Gece” that Bilge Karasu shows his language workmanship and is one of his most complicated text. The reader is faced with a deep pessimism in both the complex structure and the semantic dimension of the text. The reader is drawn to a pessimistic and chaotic atmosphere as from the name of the book. However it is seen that Karasu intersperses some aesthetic elements that enlighten the reader’s road and the darkness of the “Gece”. The author presents the language, the human, the intelligentsia and some natural elements in an aesthetic way.
