Osmanlı Devleti'nin son dönemlerinden cumhuriyet dönemine kadar futbolun gelişimi (1900-1923)

Abstract

İnsanlar, çok eski zamanlardan beri hareketli, dinamik, aktif bir yaşam tarzı sürdürmüştür. Bu yaşam tarzından ötürü insanoğlu spor yapmaya yabancı bir unsur olmamıştır. Diğer taraftan sporun insanlığın uyumlu gelişiminde ve barışın inşasında önemli bir rolü olduğuna inanıldığını göz ardı etmemek gerekiyor. Türk spor kurumlarının temeli ve politikaları II. Meşrutiyet'in ilanından sonraki dönemde ortaya çıkmıştır. İlerleyen süreçte spora, sağlık ve bedensel açıdan olumlu bir yaklaşım tarzı benimsenmiştir. Spor denilince akla ilk gelen spor dalı olan futbol, günümüz küresel dünyasında kendisinden söz ettiren ve hemen hemen herkesin dikkatini çeken bir oyun olmuştur. Genelde basit bir oyun olarak tanımlanan futbolu, 'on bir kişiden oluşan iki takım arasında oynanan ve oyuncuların küre biçiminde şişirilmiş olan topu el ve kollarını kullanmadan rakip kaleye sokmasına dayanan bir spor' olarak ifade etmemiz mümkündür. Ülkemizde de yapılan reformlar sayesinde, batılılaşma yönünde yenilikler olurken, futbolun başta olmak üzere diğer sporların da ülkemize girişi Tanzimat döneminde olmuştur. 1908 Meşrutiyet'in ilanı ile Türk spor kulüpleri Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe ve Galatasaray gibi daha birçok futbol takımı kurulmuştur. Cumhuriyet dönemine gelindiğinde, Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu bu dönemde kurulan Avrupa'nın her yerinde görüldüğü gibi spor kulüplerinin federasyonda etkin bir şekilde görev üstlendiği görülmektedir. Futbol, dünyada tartışmasız en popüler spor dalı olması sebebiyle ülke içinde yer edinmiş ve gelişmiştir. Futbolun günümüz dünyasında çok önemli bir yeri ve derin etkileri olan bir spordur. Futbolu sadece bir spor dalı olarak ele almak onun iç dinamiklerini göz ardı etmek olacaktır. Futbol gerek kitleler üzerindeki etkisi gerek gazete ve televizyon gibi medya kuruluşlarında geniş yer işgal etmesi ve gerekse farklı kültür ve ekonomik yapıya sahip insanları bir araya getirmesiyle incelenmesi gereken önemli bir konu haline gelmiştir.

As a matter of fact, itshould not be overlooked that sports are believed to have an important role in the harmoniousdevelopment of humanity and in the building of peace. The foundation and policies of Turkishsports institutions emerged in the period after the declaration of the Constitutional Monarchy. Inthe following process, a positive approach to sports in terms of health and physicality has beenadopted.Football,thefirstsportthatcomestomindwhenitcomestosports,hasbecomeagame that has made a name for itself in today's global world and has attracted the attention ofalmost everyone. It is possible to express football, which is generally defined as a simple game,as 'a sport played between two teams of eleven players and based on the players putting theinflated ball into the opponent's goal without using their hands and arms'. Thanks to the reformsmade in our country, while there were innovations in the direction of westernization, othersports, especially football, entered our country during the Tanzimat period. With the declarationof the Constitutional Monarchy in 1908, many more football teams such as Turkish sports clubsBeşiktaş,FenerbahçeandGalatasaraywereestablished.WhenitcomestotheRepublicanperiod, it is seen that sports clubs take an active role in the federation, as can be seen all overEurope, where the Turkish Football Federation was established in this period. Football hasgained a place and developed in the country as it is indisputably the most popular sport in theworld. Football is a sport that has a very important place and profound effects in today's world.To consider football only as a sport would be to ignore its internal dynamics. Football hasbecome an important subject that needs to be examined due to its impact on the masses, its widecoverage in media organizations such as newspapers and television, and its bringing togetherpeoplewith differentculturesandeconomicstructures.
