Kısıtlar Teorisi Konusundaki Lisansüstü Çalışmaların Bibliyometrik Analizi

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the postgraduate studies published in the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education on the theo- ry of constraints using the bibliometric analysis method. For this purpose, 68 postgraduate studies prepared between 2000-2024 were analyzed according to various categories. As a result of the research; It was found that the most postgraduate studies were published in 2008, the university with the most postgraduate studies was Çukurova University, the most postgraduate studies were in the department of business administration and business administrati- on program, the majority of postgraduate studies were written in Turkish, the most postgraduate studies were conducted by academicians with the title of professor, the most postgraduate studies were prepared under the consultancy of Elif Nursun Demircioğlu and Semra Birgün, the most postgraduate studies were written on throughput accounting, the most used keyword was theory of constraints, the sector with the most applications was the manufacturing in- dustry, the rate of the number of foreign citations in postgraduate studies was 59.5% and the rate of the number of domestic citations was 40.5%, the highest number of domestic citations in 2020 and the number of foreign citations were made in 2015, the most cited domestic journal was the Journal of Çukurova University Social Sciences Institute and the foreign journal was the Internati- onal Journal of Production Research. In addition, it was determined that while 17.65% of completed postgraduate studies produced articles, 82.35% were not published as articles in any journal.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, kısıtlar teorisi konusunda YÖK Ulusal Tez Merke- zi’nde yayınlanmış lisansüstü çalışmaların bibliyometrik analiz yöntemiyle incelenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda 2000-2024 yıllarında hazırlanmış 68 lisansüstü çalışma çeşitli kategorilere göre analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonu- cunda; en fazla lisansüstü çalışmanın 2008 yılında yayınlandığı, en fazla li- sansüstü çalışma yapan üniversitenin Çukurova Üniversitesi olduğu, en fazla lisansüstü çalışmanın işletme anabilim dalı ve işletme bilim dalında olduğu, lisansüstü çalışmaların çoğunluğunun Türkçe yazıldığı, en fazla lisansüstü çalışmayı Prof. Dr. unvanlı akademisyenlerin yürüttüğü, en fazla lisansüstü çalışmanın Elif Nursun Demircioğlu ve Semra Birgün danışmanlığında ha- zırlandığı, en fazla lisansüstü çalışmanın süreç katkı muhasebesi konusunda yazıldığı, en fazla kullanılan anahtar kelimenin kısıtlar teorisi olduğu, en fazla uygulama yapılan sektörün imalat sanayi olduğu, lisansüstü çalışmalardaki yabancı atıf sayısı oranının %59,5 yerli atıf sayısı oranının %40,5 olduğu, en fazla yerli atıf sayısının 2020 yılında yabancı atıf sayısının 2015 yılında yapıldığı, en fazla atıf yapılan yerli derginin Çukurova Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Dergisi yabancı derginin International Journal of Produc- tion Research olduğu bulgularına ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca tamamlanmış lisansüstü çalışmaların %17,65’inden makale üretilirken, % 82,35’inin makale olarak herhangi bir dergide yayınlanmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
