Abstract
Bu çalışmada eğitim hakkı algısı ve eğitim hakkı ihlalleri saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın evreni 2015-2016 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında Mardin Artuklu Üniversitesi'nde pedagojik formasyon eğitimi alan 181'i kadın, 139'u erkek toplam 320 aday öğretmendir. Nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak geliştirilen yazılı görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Veriler analiz edilerek verilen cevaplan gruplandırılarak frekansları tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda aday öğretmenlerin çevrelerinde gördükleri yada yaşadıkları eğitim hakkı ihlalleri belirlenmiştir.
In this study, the right to education was perceived and violations of the right to education were tried to be detected. The student's universe teaches a total of 320 candidates, 181 female and 139 male, who have been trained in pedagogical formation at Mardin Artuklu University during the 2015-2016 academic year. Qualitative research method is used. Written interview form developed as data collection tool was used. The data were analyzed and the answers were grouped and their frequencies were determined. The most common violation of the right to education has been determined as the result of the research.
