Fıkıh ve Siyaset Arasında Endülüs’te (B)ilim ve Felsefe

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Endülüs medeniyetinde (b)ilimler ve felsefenin seyri fıkıh ve siyaset ilişkisi çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Endülüs dünyasında fıkıh ve siyaset ilişkileri bu bölgenin siyasi, kültürel ve entelektüel ortamını hazırlayan en önemli etkenlerdendir. Fıkhın bu derece etkin olması, Endülüs bölgesindeki kültürel hazır bulunuşluluk, inançlar ve insani yapıyla doğrudan ilgilidir. Siyasi ortam ise bölgede önceden bulunan siyasi yapılar, hızlı değişimler, Doğu İslam dünyasıyla ilişkiler ve Fâtımî tehdidi gibi unsurlarla bağlantılıdır. Fıkıh ve siyasetin samimiyet ya da menfaatsel boyutlara kayan ilişkileri, başta akli ilimler ve felsefe olmak üzere diğer dinî ilimler ve hatta farklı fıkhi ekollere kadar uzanan disiplinlerin Endülüs'e gelişi ve oradaki gelişiminde belirleyici bir rol oynamıştır. Bu çalışmada Endülüs tarihinin siyasi dönemlerinin kronolojik sırasını takip ederek, fıkıhsiyaset ilişkileri ve bunun neticelerini örneklerle ortaya koymaya çalışacağız

The progress of sciences and philosophy in Andalusian civilization has been examined in this study within the scope of relationship between fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence) and politics. The relationship between fiqh and politics in Andalusian world is one of the most important factors which prepare the political, cultural and intellectual environment of this area. This kind of effectiveness of the fiqh is related to the cultural readiness, believes and human characteristic in Andalusia region. The political environment, on the other hand, has been connected with some factors such as the former political structures in this region, rapid changes, relationship with Eastern Islamic world and menace of Fatimid etc. The benefits from the relationship between fiqh and politics have played a determinant role in the arrival of disciplines such as liberal arts, philosophy as well as extended to fiqh related other religious schools which also played significant roles in the development of Andalusia. In this study, I have attempted to demonstrate the relationship between fiqh and politics and the results of this relationship with examples of chronological political history of Andalusia
