Abstract
Bu çalıGmanın amacı, Gslamcıların Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisinin eğitim politikalarına iliGkin görüGlerini araGtırmaktır. Ak Parti"nin eğitimde amacının ne olduğu ve bu amaca ulaGmaya çalıGırken kullandığı araçlar ve izlediği yol Gslamcılar tarafından ne kadar kabul görmektedir sorusuna cevap aranmıGtır. ÇalıGmanın, Ak Parti"nin içinden çıktığı Gslamcı kesimin Ak Parti"nin eğitim politikaları ile ilgili görüGlerini anlamaya çalıGtığından Gslamcılarla yapılmıGtır. AraGtırmanın çalıGma grubu, amaçlı örneklem ve kartopu örneklem teknikleri kullanılarak belirlenmiGtir. ÇalıGma için bir görüGme formu hazırlanmıGtır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizine tabi tutulmuG ve tematik olarak düzenlenmiGtir. ÇalıGmanın bulguları katılımcıların Ak Parti'nin son 16 yıl boyunca uyguladığı temel politikalar hakkında ne düGündükleri sorularak toplanmaya çalıGılmıGtır. ÇalıGma grubunun eğitim ile ilgili temel görüGleri anlaGılıp Ak Parti'nin eğitim politikalarının bunda ne yer ettiğinin anlaGılması amaçlanmıGtır. AraGtırmada Gslamcıların Ak Parti'nin eğitim politikaları hakkındaki görüGlerinin büyük bir bölümünün olumsuz görüGler olduğu görülmüGtür. 16 yıl boyunca uygulanan politikaların büyük bir belirsizlik içerdiği genel olarak paylaGılmıGtır. Özellikle eğitim politikalarındaki hızlı değiGim ve dönüGümler en çok rahatsızlık içeren konu olmuGtur. Fakat Ak Parti'nin eğitim politikalarını olumsuz bulan Gslamcıların doğru politikaların neler olması ve bunların nasıl uygulanması gerektiği ile ilgili de belirsizlikler yaGadığı araGtırmanın temel bulguları arasındadır. Gslamcıların belirli ve tutarlı bir eğitim politikalarının olmadığı görülmüGtür. AraGtırma bize Türkiye'de büyük bir kesim olan Gslamcıların eğitim görüGleri ve Ak Parti eğitim politikaları hakkında büyük bir resim çizmektedir.
The aim of this study is to search the views of islamists about Justice and Development Party"s education policies. In this study, it has been tried to analyze the views of the Islamists on the educational aims, educational policies and educational practice of the Justice and Development Party. The study group has been determined by using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. The study has been done with the Islamists because the Justice and Development Party is associated with the Islamist tradition and the study is trying to understand the views of the Islamists on the Party's educational policies. An interview form has been prepared for the study. The data has been subjected to content analysis and arranged thematically. The findings of the study have been tried to be gathered by asking the participants what they think about the basic policies implemented by the Justice and Development Party for the last 16 years. In the research. It has been seen that the Islamists used a critical discourse on the education policies of the Justice and Development Party. According to islamists, one of the most criticized issues is the policies implemented for 16 years have included great uncertainty. Particularly, rapid changes and transformations in education policies have been the subject of the most discomfort. However, one of the main findings of the study that the Islamists, who have found the Justice and Development Party's education policies negative, also have uncertainties about what the right policies are and how they should be implemented. In the study, it has been observed that the Islamists do not have certain and consistent education policies. The Research draws a big picture about education views of The Islamists, who are a big part in Turkey, and education policies of Justice and Development Party.
